Very accommodating staff that gave us an early check in and room upgrade for free. Great buffet breakfast. Very clean and comfortable air conditioning. Fridge in the room. Central location and next train station. No ironing facility in the room.

The quality of the hotel, and the central location close to Roma Termini were great features. It was located within walking distance of major sights.

Very clean, nicely renovated rooms and common areas, very good breakfast, and outstanding front desk staff. We even received a room upgrade! The surrounding hotel area seems a little dodgy with some homeless and drunk people. That is not obviously the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of when going in and out
