The location is excellent, and the staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A disappointing stay. The hallways had a damp, soggy smell, and our private toilet seat was broken. Basic cleanliness was completely neglected, the TV and nightstands were thickly coated in dust, and the old, hanging cables were covered in a layer of muggy dust.

Being in center. Place riddled with mold/fungus over all walls, corners, ceilings, curtains, bed, lamps. Being mild asthmatic caused suffocation attacks. Replacement room was the same. HEALTH RISK. Wifi present but not working, 3g/4g/5g signal blocked by thick walls and surrunding buildings, no connection, no internet. Towel hooks fell off the wall, etc. The place is awful.

The room was dirty and damp. When we arrived, we had to clean the room and the bathroom; the furniture was neglected, and there was a lot of dust in the room because it hadn't been cleaned. There was a strange, musty smell in the air.

We only stayed for 2 nights as we were on our way to the airport from our trip in Italy. The location is very close to Termini and it was very convenient. Mrs Viviana was so helpful and so nice, it really made a difference on having her there. The breakfast was very nice. The owner could improve the quality of this location. It really needs some refurbishment as there is a bit rundown the place. The pictures are old. The rooms have infiltrations from humidity and walls are stained. I think that the lady that takes care of the place is doing an amazing job with the little that she has at her disposal.

Ok location, aprox. 30 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain Very dark,cold and moldy. Very moldy bathroom.

Good location ok breakfast Very dirty moldy not clean. Furniture very old. Mold on bed walls flaws lamps everything. Floors not hoovered. Left over socks in our bed from last people who stayed. These pictures are not what it looks like.

The location to all the attractions are good and it very close to Roma termini. The carpet had stains, the bedding was torn and there was mold on the bathroom walls. The pictures looks they were took 20years ago when you actually see the apartment and can compare.
