Astoria Palace

The breakfast was good and offered enough variety to start the day. The room was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and the main attractions in Rome. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again. he only issue was that on our last night, a washing machine in a nearby room started running during the night, which was quite noisy and disturbed our sleep.

The check-in process is clear and easy to understand, rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. Administrator Olga is wonderful and makes this place cozy and comfortable :)

A pleasant stay overall, the room was clean, comfortable. Everything worked smoothly and we had no issues throughout our visit. But honestly, what really makes this place stand out is the owner herself. Her smile alone makes you feel at home, and her genuine warmth turned a good experience into a memorable one.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist made breakfast every morning. It was simple, delicious and filling. It gave energy by the lunchtime ;)

The first thing that caught my eye was the fact how clean everything was. It is the most important part of my stay. Our host was very nice and we felt welcome there. It was located very close to metro so public transport was covered. We had delicious breakfast there. Everything that we like but mostly coffee and fruits There was nothing I didn’t like. I was amused when I saw that the elevator was like an old wardrobe.

The hotel is more of a guest house, with a very friendly atmosphere and polite staff. It is on the fourth floor of a beautiful old well kept building. Our room was very clean, basic, not too big. We had a spacious roof terrace of our own, and the feeling while sitting there is worth all the 10s in the world. Breakfast was nice, nothing too splashy, but great for the start of the day, and took place in a room full of natural light and plants. The neighbourhood seems very safe and quiet enough, away from the touristy crowds. It is perfect for walking, well connected by metro (Policlinico stop of line B is right in front of the hotel), trams, and busses to everywhere in the city. You can also reach the centre on foot, 30-35 minutes walk. There is a 7-day open supermarket just across the street, also some very pleasant bars/pastry shops. The bed was too soft for my taste. Also, if you are very tall, don't feel shy to ask for a room with higher ceiling. We are huge people, my partner was basically touching the roof while in a shower. They offered us a different room without us even asking, but we enjoyed the whole experience, and we decided not to change anything.

Very conveniently located, next to the Policlinico metro station. Great facility, nice staff, very clean. The shower was lava/ice and was hard to find the right setting reliably :)
