This was such a wonderful place to stay. It was immaculate, modern, comfortable and in a prime location near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The beds, linens, and pillows were so comfortable also. We had a lovely view of a piazza and church. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Rome. The owner was there to greet us and allowed us to leave our luggage until the room was ready. It is on the fourth floor but there is a modern elevator so no steps involved. Everything was perfect. No issues at all.

The location, the cleanliness, it was very quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was good, maybe for 2 adults with two kids it can seem a bit small, especially if you have a lot of luggage

Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. Apartment is very clean and location is excellent.

Amazing location - so easy to get around Rome Owner was very responsive and helpful! It is called a B&B but I never actually found the information on if there was breakfast haha Would totally stay here again! Nothing!

The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Pictures do not do it justice. Aliona’s presence was calming in the bustling city, which was comforting. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Also the location is exceptional. Equidistant to many main attractions making it great for people who are visiting to see all the sites. Nothing really, we loved everything.

The property was very close to the entrance of the town. It was spacious and provided a parking space and was close to everything.

Location was excellent- convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for access. Room was comfortable and clean, with all the essentials as well as coffee and tea, water. No complaints.

Great location-owner/manager helpful and quick to respond

The location was perfect for our last night in Rome. It was central, so we were able to walk to a lot of the main spots within a few hours. Lots of great dining options and shopping nearby. The view from the room, overlooking the piazza and cathedral, was incredible, and further in the distance, we were able to see the Vittoriano (the magnificent monument is lit up all night!). The entrance to the property is right next to this viral gelateria and pasta spot, which my daughter was excited about. The staff was very nice and let us check in early and showed us how to use a vintage-looking espresso machine! Also, the elevator is new and big, so it was no problem for the three of us rolling in three suitcases. Nothing really. Our driver had trouble pointing us in the right direction with the address alone when he dropped us off. The entrance is on a main road, and we got dropped off across the way. The sign for the B&B is not so big, so a little more explanation of where the entrance was located would have been helpful.

Nothing bad. Recommend to add a shelf on the shower to add personal things.

What a find! I was so happy to find this place--which I think was relatively new--right in the heart of town and cannot be more centrally located. One really does not need breakfast when you have all the best coffee and pastries at your doorstep. And who needs to spend a day in one's room in Rome?! A super place, comfortable room with a nice bed and bathroom and great views too. Very quiet and easy access. Feels like an Airbnb in terms of ease but a hotel with the services. I would definitely recommend for a few days. Cant recommend enough especially when looking for a comfortable sleep and place one's belongings without any inconvenience. Will most certainly stay again! None that I can think of!

Spotlessly clean and 1 block from Piazza Navona was a perfect location. Despite a busy street corner, the windows were soundproof when closed and there were blackout shutters. Beds were unbelievably comfy. Bottled water provided. Breakfast voucher for nearby restaurant was available for 10 euros per person. Was told at booking we could get early checkin but on arriving we could not. This is not a hotel or a B&B. No front desk, no staff onsite, no amenities, no outdoor space. It was pure luck someone happened to be there cleaning the rooms to let us drop off our bags, otherwise we would have been standing on the sidewalk with our luggage waiting. Great if travelling with someone but maybe won’t appeal to a woman travelling alone.

We loved the location and the room itself was wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly. There was nothing we didn't like.

The location so close to restaurants shopping stores and markets. Very close to land marks. Beds are super comfortable in the room You can hear a lot of police sirens day and night but that can not be controlled

The location was central to everything in Rome. We walked to a local mini market and bought supplies for our stay. The apartment was very quiet considering it was so noisy outside. It was comfortable and clean. Daniel was very welcoming on arrival and our room was ready within 5 minutes. He was very responsive to our needs during our stay. We would highly recommend this place. An explanation on how to use the coffee machine would have been useful but everything else was great.

The fact that the taxi which the staff arranged to take to the airport never came and we almost missed our flight.

The room is small with little space to place your things. If the tv were wall mounted, the available space would be doubled.

Clean and the location was perfect Close to some great restaurants

The rooms were spacious and in a great, convenient location. Great coffee maker and shower and a comfortable mattress. There was nothing I didn’t like! The city could be a little noisy, but it’s a city! Any noise didn’t impact my sleep.
