Always very clean and quiet. Staff is so nice.

This hotel was clean and very convenient to our concert at the Walmart Amp. I deducted one star because upon our arrival, the air conditioner was off presumably because the room was unoccupied. It just took a little while to cool the room to our desired temperature. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

The control of temperature in the bedroom was complicated and, maybe, was not working properly. This facility did not match the standards of a normal Hyatt facility.

Everything was great! Only critique was that the drain on the bathtub took forever! But still, everything else was perfect.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and nice..

No hot water at 6:45 am. We let the hot water faucet run at least 15 continuous minutes in bathroom with COLD water coming out. I went downstairs to front desk and asked if breakdown of hot water heater. Attendant asked if I had tried shower faucet and I replied No. I then went upstairs and tried shower faucet it eventually got warm enough to use. My wife and I tried both sinks in bathroom and in kitchen area twenty minutes later, still COLD. No shaving today. Disappointed barely describes the frustration.

we had no hot water in the sink or the tub. Had to change rooms. The hot water worked in the tub but not the sink. Breakfast bar was okay, except the food and drinks were empty, had to ask to be refilled.

I requested 2 queen beds per room. We had two rooms. When we got there they didn’t have any left. Only single queen beds with a sofa bed or a King size bed. Didn’t know why our rooms weren’t reserved like requested? Was it because we went through Expedia?

The staff was available immediately upon check in they were able to answer all our questions. The room was clean and cool when we got there. We enjoyed everything about our room.

Breakfast was a very nice surprise, had everything what you need basically till the end of serving time (7-10am). Bar wasn't open while our stay, not sure why. Staff was friendly and professional. Plenty of room on parking lot as well. Definitely recommended

Close to everything that we needed to do.

I booked a room for 5 people. I called the front desk for an extra bed and was told it would be a fire hazard. I then said this room was supposed to sleep 5 people and was told my daughter would have to sleep on the couch that didn’t fold out to a bed!

Exceptional

Unfortunately the desk clerk wasn't trained properly and was having issues with making room keys. She had to walk us up to our room and manually let us in. I did not get a room key until after breakfast and we was going up to gather our stuff to checkout.

Clean rooms, quiet, comfortable bedding, and great views!
