EVERYTHING but…. The 2nd floor Ice Machine was broke - out of service

I liked the front desk staff attentiveness and care. The night audit team and the morning weekend crew were very customer service oriented. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked.

The pool area is rather small, the room could use some updating. At breakfast the juice was watered down but the waffles were ok .we figured out the next morning that the refrigerator didn't work properly

the property is marginally clean. house keeping could improve, beginning with turning on air conditioning for a rented room. plenty of breakfast food, but the tiny "omlettes" were not really edible.

The water didn’t get hot, my bed was dirty and the room was not clean at all.

This hotel is seriously run down and a disappointment. Stains all over the walls, leak marks on the ceilings, smelly carpet and a poor effort at patching things up. Broken light switches, burned out bulbs and the door to the room sounded like it was falling apart when you opened it. Won’t stay here again.
