Poor Wi-Fi connection in room at the outer range of resort.

Nice view Room had many bugs. Spiders along the ceiling, flies and moths flying around. During my first night water poured out of small door in the ceiling of the bathroom. When i notified the front desk they sent a maintenance man. He came looked at it and said he would check on it. No one ever got back to me on it and they never cleaned up all the water on the floor of the bathroom.

This is a basic motel room without frills. Our room was clean but the stained chair and stained ironing board as well as the cobwebs made it feel neglected. Breakfast was coffee and muffins, nothing freshly made. The bed and shower were decent. The biggest disappointment was the sliding glass door overlooking the water, which we paid extra for. The handle was missing and the slider was hard to open. There was no screen so we could not sleep with the slider open.

Pretty good., half n half for coffee needed. Coffeemate doesn t cut it. Our room #108 very noisy above us late both nights wasn t good. CHAIRS outsde our room dirty and had bird droppings on them.

Room was clean. All updated finishes. Great staff. Nice views. 4 miles from great dining. View were great. It was so good that we booked on the way back Bar Harbor to Portland for a night because the hotel in Bar Harbor was so horrible and twice as expensive as this property. Breakfast was well done, room is nice. Balcony view very good. Staff was exceptional.

I needed to take care of 5 or 6 large spiders in the corners of the room, before unpacking. The sliding door for the balcony also stuck badly. We took advantage of the swimming pool which was well-maintained-- albeit a bit on the older side because there were cracked and missing tiles. This by no way-- made a difference in our enjoyment. It is an indication only of the age of the property. There were many lounge chairs and towels available. The location was ideal and very close to the center of town. We didn't stay for the continental breakfast but the dining space and balcony overlooked the water. We would return to Ledges by the Bay.

On our way to the room the path and lawn were riddled with feces from pets. It made the trek in and out with our bags an obstacle course that was made much worse once the sun went down. The continental breakfast was weak at best. The OJ was good but, if you didn’t want a waffle, pickings were slim. I would not stay here again.

Good location, restaurants and markets nearby. Room pleasant and very clean with a good view and very good shower. Breakfast satisfactory but could be more interesting.

Breakfast was very limited and use of multiple electrical items caused a fuse to blow; pool tiles & ladder in need of repair; A/C unit visibly dusty. BUT room was quiet, bed was comfortable, shower was nice and the pool was still very enjoyed despite the cosmetic stuff.

The room was clean and the view was amazing. Very quiet place. Breakfast was very continental. Not much to choose from.

Rooms are large and accommodating, clean, pretty new Coffee and breakfast could use a little upgrade

Million dollar view, pretty clean for the amount of use they get. Some of the areas in the room need a little help, bathroom sink side is coming apart , the bottom of the gray chairs are falling down. Just needs a little attention to detail
