I do not recommend this property at all. Arrived around 1230 AM and when I entered the room it didn’t look like the one I booked. The room smelled like smoke, and I don’t think the room was cleaned prior to my arrival. 2 pillowcases were dirty, hole in the bedspread, 2 filthy towels, and don’t walk barefoot in the room- your feet will be black. Very loud tried to call the front desk but the individual couldn’t hear me, so the phone wasn’t working. After being told by the front desk they’d speak with the people next room over, they didn’t do anything. This hotel also had trash all over outside when I checked in. At 3:00 AM I checked out. Stay was unbearable.

This was not a well kept property at all. There was mold on the walls in the restroom the drawers were waterlogged and the fridge smelled moldy. We had to leave at check in. I will never rent there again.

Friendly atmosphere, warm greetings from the front desk. Clean and comfortable rooms. I've stayed at the Rock Hill location many times and was never disappointed about my room.. The cleaning staff does outstanding work. An excellent stay for the price. I will continue to use the facility on my visits to Rock Hill. Could use better reading lights for reading in bed.

Property was clean, staff was friendly

Absolutely nothing Room was half clean and 1 of the beds was sunken in the middle and also we found bedbugs in the middle of the night and we got up and left after complaining to management and honestly he ddnt care. Also had flea bites all over my legs. The worst hotel stay ever and wudnt recommend to anyone.

Not much. Told the facility that I needed a main level room, due to not being able to go up and down stairs very well (all room are iutside entry with no elevator). When I got to the hotel, I again told them I needed a main level room due to not being able to walk stairs....the last at the front desk looked at me and said "nope, 2nd floor". Guess if your not in a wheelchair, you dont actually need accommodations for physical issues. Will not book here again.
