The room The power went out and my wife and i were unable to get back to the 2nd floor to our room. After asking several staff members if there was a set of stairs leading up and they told us yes. Unfortunately the 2nd floor door was locked and we were still unable to get to the room. After being told there was no other stairs i went walking across the hotel and found another set of stairs and eventually got back to the room we had just paid for. Security was rude to my wife. But its all good. Not even a comp for our troubles.

Tv didn’t work an no one came to fix it. Reported every day. Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. We checked out after the second night. It was located in an isolated area with nothing around.

What breakfast?? No buffet, or areas for a good meal. No housekeeping or upkeep for the room. Called front desk, had to go down to get coffee refills and towels. King size bed was awful. Should never have been an available room. TV had nothing to offer. Will not pay $24.99 for (new) ? Movies. Offering of meals. Nothing to do if you weren’t gambling 24 hours a day. Could not find a gift shop. Should be mentioned when you book that Monday, Tuesday, and a Wednesday are off days with no amenities.

very friendly and helpful staff. floor and machines clean. interesting props. only one restaurant open (not specified online) pool was closed (not disclosed online) non smoking room smelled of smoke and cig burns on carpet. low pressure in shower (expected as much)

The pool was one of the reasons for selecting this particular casino/hotel. When making the reservation the hotel neglected to inform us that the pool was closed. The food at the casino was definitely sub-par.

Rooms were very loud, smell of heavy smoke through walls to a non-smoking area. Very LOUD talking and yelling.

Did not eat breakfast Facilty and room were filthy, especially the carpeting in the hallway and our room. Desk lamp and free standing lamp did not work and the cloths cabinet was dirty. Had dinner in the grill restaurant and the shrimp fried rice was extremely salty. All in all our 1 night stay was not enjoyable and we will not go back to the Hollywood Hotel and Casino.
