Comfy beds…. Surrounding much construction is going on….. three sides roads were closed by big cranes found but difficult to reach to hotel

There were constructions going on around the hotel so some noise was there.

dealing with the staff was amazing. They were very respectful. The room was clean, neat and nice. Everything was just perfect.

The room seems new, all the furniture and stuff was in a good condition. When i came room was pretty clean. Metro station is 7 minutes by walk The hotel surrounded by buildings under construction, construction works almost 24/7, was so noisy i couldn’t sleep and have rest. The view from the room is to the wall of constructing building which is less than 50 meters away. I stayed 10-14 December, the housekeeping came to me 0 times, not even to empty the trash bin or renew water. There is a coffee maker in the room but it doesn’t work and staff said it’s impossible to use, what’s the point then to keep it in the room? Also from the bathroom was smell of canalization system, which is bothering. Pool on the rooftop just a muddy puddle. The staff was incompetent

The staff was friendly and accommodating as best the could and they upgraded our room when we arrived The room was dirty and smelled awful like sewage all the time during our stay. The floors were discolored and had food crumbs all over. There was hair on all surfaces and the bed. Dead flies in every corner of the room. The bathroom was disgusting and the smell was horrible.

We ordered food, bad sadly there is no microwave to heat our food and also there is an ongoing construction within the area, we've been hearing noise everywhere.
