Location is right in between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. The facilities are ok, nothing more. I booked the private room and it was bad. There was constant noise from an A/C unit outside the window (not even my rooms A/C unit) everything was old the furniture, the pillows, the curtains, the towels looked like there were a decade old.

bathroom was dirty and the common areas were not cleaned properly after people were partying

The location is good, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. They put five beds in the room, which is very crowded and the ceiling is very low. It is almost impossible to sit upright on the upper bunk.

Most of the staff were nice, good location, kind of nice kitchen at the rooftop, but lots of insects. The hostel belongs to Israeli and most of the crowd there are Israelis - most of them speaking of their “Army” and killing people and bombing Gaza as normal :(((. It simply full of un-humans speaking un-human stories. One Jewish we met was nice, he was American. The place is also dirty and most areas smell bad.

The sheets are not clean , the hostel maintenance is not so good , and there is no good wi fi in the rooms only at the lobby and the rooftop

Location was extremely convenient to everything Rio has to offer/ Transportation. Walking distance to Praia do Arpoador and Copacabana, restaurants, shops and bars.

The caipirinha they give you at arrival was really nice The first night I got a bed in the middle of the corridor in the room, between the other beds and the bathroom, with no more than 30 cm for the others to pass. I asked to change in the second night and the room was better but the bathroom kept flooding because of the WC... It wasn't clean, the matress was really old, dirty and spoiled... They should invest in the hostel for sure
