The staff were very friendly especially because we don’t speak Italian. The location is brilliant right next to the metro and the beach. The beds were uncomfortable, the door to the balcony didn’t shut very well and the room wasn’t very clean. We found a bobble in the bed when we got in the room.

Not a very good vibe from the hotel staff always smoking near the entrance of the Hotel. Go only if you have no other options available otherwise its waste of Money.

Room, breakfast, location. The approach of management The hotel was not able to handle the situation with overbooked capacity at all. We had booked the room two months ahead because we had wanted to stay together with our family in the same hotel. But one week before check-in day, the hotel canceled our reservation and moved us to another hotel without previous discussion and our approval. We did not agree with it and after daily discussion with the hotel, they suddenly found us a room for a few days at least. The rest of the stay in Rimini we rather spent in a different hotel which we found by ourselves.
