The property is very close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. It has a fenced private parking inside the building courtyard. It’s not too big, about 10 cars maximum, but it’s really useful and it costs about 15 euros extra. The reception is open 24h, also with a bar. The buffet breakfast was very good and varied. A very pleasant stay at hotel Petrarca.

Nothing in particular. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I slept on. I cried myself to sleep the first night, ended up texting the lobby at 6am to ask for either a new room with another bed or a mattress toper, they replied that they cannot change the room but will add a duvet, they added a duvet the next day which was about 3milimeters. I ended up folding it in 4 but it didn't change anything. I ended up cancelling my stay there (no refund and they didn't try to accomodate me more) so intsead of spending 12 days in italy, I spent a couple of days till I could go back home. Paid extravagent money for my flight back and cancelled my next location a week later in florence. Beyond gutted. Also the staff barely speaks english and there was no toileteries in the bathroom, for a full week stay. The room was next to the elevator so very noisy.

Comfort, location My room was not cleaned by the time I arrived back at 18,30 on the 25th. Shortly after the cleaners arrived but at that point I just wanted to shower and rest.

Staff were very helpful when I extended my stay 2x - went out of their way to make sure it was possible by storing my bag and offering me the best price.

Near to the beach and the station. Wifi was good Can hear everything from the neighbors room and the pass way. Rooms are not great sound proof.

The hotel itself was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly nice, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. However, our experience was completely ruined because we were bitten by bedbugs. It's a shame because everything else was lovely, but due to the bedbugs, we cannot recommend staying here. Bedvugs

Loved the free bikes! Friendly service, comfortable room. Even though it was small there was everything we needed and a large balcony.
