Hotel Delizia

Location is just perfect close to station to markets and old Town and the beach of course. Staff is always around reception desk and hot water available. Balcony and bathroom and overall value and standard is great.

Water pressure in the shower is weak but usable. Everything is kinda old.

There was water coming from the air conditioner on the balcony above which we were not aware of the first night and we sat directly under the drip, but we were able to quickly fix this by moving over slightly. There was also no kettle for boiling water in the room which may have been poor research on our part but still unexpected.

They make you pay a big extra fee at the end

Really lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. Location was brilliant as well right next to the beach but just far away as to not hear any loud noises from the main street. Also had a lovely balcony and a brilliant AC. The showers were a little bit old fashioned and dirty but for us who just wanted a place to sleep shower and then go out it was perfect.

Good value for money, nice place to stay, modest, nearby main street with many offers for restaurants, fast food, souvenirs shop, beach (outside the high season), walking distance from the main railway station (on the map is a further, but there is an underground passage you will rech over a rusty cable bridge from the main street to "parco giochi". Rooms are clean, maintained regularly (low season), employees are very helpful for the general information.One of them Lavinia really provided good assistance all of the time and makes the best cappuccino foam I have tasted so far. The internet connection was good in the lobby wherecI mostly stayed, but on the upper floors was only avaliable on my last day from staying of the total 5 days. Have old plug input, adapter can get for a few € on the main street in the souvenirs shop (next to Milano Bar gelaterria), direct or USB charge. Few times on several occasions, one male personel shouted on different guests, which was unacceptable for this industry, presenting personal disrespectful discipline.Explanation was lack of understanding.

Location was great, and price was cheap. Everything was very old and poorly lit, hotel lobby smelled bad. (room was ok) Had to wait 30min for check in as no one was there when arrived. staff was not the friendliest. we stayed at 1st floor, no balcony room. walls were paper thin, we could hear noise from lobby and other rooms all night long. every day 9am someone would wake you to clean the room, no " do not disturb" sign available if you want to sleep in. Sheets and toals were very rough, old and used (didn't even match) but seemed clean. Bed was poorly made and only had sheets, no blanket or anything else Bathroom window didn't close. no pressure in the shower. Room still had sand on the floor and old dirty socks on a drawer from previous guests.

Poor. Hotel that has no breakfast for it's guest except you pay for it; too bad Improve on the above comments, and if possible, assist your guest in the aspect of transportation

Very good

Basically it looked like a crack house. The elevator was too slow and dirty, and the internet was too slow in the lobby where as you don't have the connection in the room. But it had a good view and liked that the cleaning lady came every day at 8:50 while we were sleeping in the room. That was the most joyful experience. The staff was awkward, nobody understood a word in English. I remember that the boss of the property rushed us in the room from the lobby because she was annoyed by us. Mind you this is the only place in the hotel where we could connect to the wifi. She was always rude and annoyed by the guests who were staying there.

Small, clean, nice hotel in a great location. Just 5 minutes from the beach, cafees and shops and 10 minutes from the old city centre. The only complaint is the thin walls, when you have noisy neighbors. Noise

it’s quite the zone the building is old cleaning 0 nothing after 2 days change the towels in 2024 after booking the staff asking for €5 per day if you want air conditioning
