Location Nothing

The hotel is in the center and the breakfast was good.

Good breakfast. Excellent room and view. Location perfect. I like the drinking water dispensers on my floor. We rented an umbrella and chairs and received a hotel discount. Lot of great restaurants in the vicinity. I even did some wash at the lavendaria. Excellent nearby park. The train station to Venice (or anywhere) is a 10 minute walk. Great Roman history to visit. I wish you had a swimming pool. Not a show stopper.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Great location. Bikes were a plus too

I originally booked a solo room. During checkin, they upgraded me to a larger room for free. Breakfast was buffet, and the room I stayed in offered a nice view of the Adriatic Sea at night. Wonderful stay overall for me.

Quiet neighhood and nice garden. There should be knifes and forks in the shared kitchen ! Otherwise everything is good maintance and clean.

Great value for price. The staff is very welcoming and professional, rooms and common areas are sparkly clean. Power shower, a lot of choices for breakfast My mattress was a little 'hard', and the furniture looks a little outdated. But give that the rooms were perfectly clean and well maintened, this is just a minor remark.

Location right at the beach. We had lateral sea view and it was unexpectedly amazing. No storage space in bathroom. There was not even a toilet paper holder.

The Employees always greeted us with a huge smile on their faces. They were extremely helpful. We needed extra pillows and blankets and they provided them. We loved the smell of the linens. Room was a bit small but we know that is common in Europe so not a big deal.

Amazing location and view. Delicious breakfast, kind staff, cute room and large bathroom. Definitely recommend. I have no complaints :)

Wonderful Felliniesque hotel right on the water. I really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The breakfast is fantastic. You will not have to eat lunch after breakfast here. Great area for walking or jogging along the seafront. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area, although most are mediocre in quality. Be aware that the City of Rimini imposes an outrageous tax of 4 euro per person per night on visitors. In my case, that amounts to a hidden tax of around 12%. What benefits does the visitor receive from this tax? I could see none. In fact, the bus between the hotel district (where this hotel is located) and Rimini's historic center stops running around 2100. Given this tax, why isn't there a 24-hour bus for visitors to reach the historic center and to return at any hour? The only way to return from the historic center to the hotel is by foot after 2100. I find this tax very offensive and I am unlikely to visit Rimini again until it is repealed or until there is 24-hour bus service for visitors. A family of four persons would pay 16 euro per night with this tax! Rimini hopes you will not notice this rip-off tax. Without 24-hour transportation service to the historic center, there is little point in visiting Rimini. This is not the fault of the hotel. I love this hotel and hope to stay there again when this tax is abolished.
