Location, quiet, clean, close to the sea. Very friendly staff. There was no lid for the pan. Use of the shared washing machine is paid.

It's only one block away from the beach and the promenade next to it. The rooms are not huge, but they are still comfortable and the kitchenette is well equipped. It has a spacious balcony. The staff is really kind and helpful.

I liked the location which is pretty close to sea, but not too much that gives you more quiet place which was important for us as we was on vacation with baby. It would be great to have some staff for kitchen because there are no staff to clean kitchen.

There were enough beds for everyone, but 2 were in the kitchen, there were 2 big balconies and the location was very close to the beach. The property employees were very friendly and helpful all the time. Is difficult for a family with only one bathroom and give a shower. Due to the fact that in the bathroom is a boiler, we never had a chance to shower all at the same hour. The warm water wasn't enough for everybody, maybe for 2 people would be, but we were 5.

Normal location Staff (maybe owner - Luca) extremely unfriendly and mean. We booked one type of room, they gave another. On arrival no one met , room was not prepared and communication was very unpleasant. Not recommend, especially for non- Italian tourists
