Location. Close to everything. Everything was great! ? except we had to pay for parking which should have been free.

Beautiful hotel with elegant décor and very clean throughout. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection, and the staff in the breakfast room were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. Our room was not properly stocked upon arrival. There were only two bath towels for our family of four, and the shower dispenser was empty, with no shampoo or shower gel available. After returning from the beach, we were unable to take proper showers and had to simply rinse off and reuse the available towels. This was not the experience we expected from a four-star hotel. We informed the front desk, and they assured us that everything would be sent to our room immediately. We left for dinner, but when we returned, only two small hair towels and an unopened refill bottle had been left in the room, while the empty dispenser in the shower had not been replaced or refilled. We had to return to the front desk a second time to repeat our request, and at that point we also discovered that the room safe was locked and unusable. It took three separate requests before everything was finally resolved. On the second evening, as we were leaving for dinner, housekeeping left a vacuum cleaner directly outside our room. One of our children tripped over it. We moved it aside ourselves, but when we returned about four hours later, it was still sitting outside our door. Overall, we felt the hotel was understaffed. The property itself is beautiful and has great potential, but the service and attention to detail fell well below what we would expect from a four-star hotel.

The staff were exceptional – incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a real exclusive feeling. Although it is located on a busy street, this did not affect our stay at all. The beach is literally just behind the hotel, and parking was easy and convenient. Everything you might need is within walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops. The location is perfect for a holiday in Rimini. We noticed that the hotel is ideal for everyone – couples, families with young or older children, and even guests travelling with dogs, as many people were staying there with their pets. We honestly couldn't find a single negative thing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely love to come back!

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Marco was especially friendly and helpful, and he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated his support. Nothing

Location ans staff A room table could be a bit bigger for laptop

The staff was polite, helpful and had a fun sense of humor. The Tono suite was incredibly comfortable. The free bikes provided by the hotel allowed for a nice evening bike ride with the family. The location of the pool out front. The street in front of the hotel has a lot of traffic and the noise and the smell of the fumes from the cars isn't pleasant. While a longer term investment the hotel should consider a project of relocating the pool out back into a section of where their current parking lot is. That is the side of the pedestrian/bike path and sea. It is quieter and has better air. It is a shame to leave it fully for cars. The current pool space could be converted to parking. With a retractable gate it could keep the front of the hotel attractive while also providing a much better experience for guests. Understandably not something that can be changed immediately.

Balcony was great. Breakfast was also a plus! Property was fine; parking a bit challenging with additional cost but convenient.

Decent breakfast, and pleasant amenable staff who are excellent at providing whatever you need The weather!

Lovely hotel however pool is located at front of property on main road and is rather small. Lady who checked us in wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Air conditioning was not effective. Room was decorated in a very busy way. Breakfast is good if you are one of the first people attending. Food was not replenished quickly and had to keep asking if more of certain things were available. Hotel caters more for large groups attending conferences. Two staff in particular were extremely helpful in helping me find medical attention as I was unwell during my stay. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Good elevator and great maintenance man. Good size car park which is 20 euro per day. Pool located at front on main road and rather small. Air-conditioning not effective. Breakfast not replenished quickly or at all needed to keep asking.

clean large room (suite), decent pool (did not use it though), great breakfast. car park small, was full, and had reserved an electric charging space but when I arrived both spaces were taken...so could not charge the car; thank god it was a hybrid. they did find immediately a non-charging space at least.

The room was very clean and comfy. It was spacious and the bath utensils were at high quality. The breakfast was not very diverse but tasty. The hotel offers beach access at cost. But, the beach was well organized with parasols and sunbeds, clean and decent. The private parking was pricey with the rate 20€ a day

Breakfast was ok, less varied... if you arrived later, you couldn't find some products. If you asked for it, you were told that they didn't have any more. The hotel has a great location if you get the room you reserve, with full or partial sea view. The rooms overlooking the pool are on the side with a very noisy street. The reception staff think they are superior to the customers. I booked the largest room on Booking.com with a separate bedroom, partial view of the sea, but they gave me the smallest possible room in which the extended sofa took up all the space in the room, almost united with the double bed. I asked the reception to give me the room reserved on Booking.com, showing the pictures from the booking confirmation, and their answer was that those pictures are indicative. After several insistences, I received a suite with a separate bedroom, but much smaller than the one reserved and on the side with a very noisy street. Air conditioning is limited by the reception. The pool very small, only few sunbeds to the pool. The included sunbeds on the beach are in the last rows. The sofa is very uncomfortable, without a topper over mattress. The bathroom is small, with a disturbing step at the entrance. We received only 3 towels, even though I booked for 4 people.
