No air conditioning. The room was very hot. Too much street noise. We could not sleep. There was not soap in the shower.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, despite my lack of speaking Italian. My room was very cute and clean with a little balcony, which provided a fresh ocean breeze. Everything was within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful week in Rimini!

Everything was great!

The bathroom was a bit small.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear everything from the hallway, the rooms above, below, and beside us — including a baby crying all night and a child running upstairs. Our original room (despite being a "standard" double) was extremely small — barely enough space to move or open our luggage. It felt like a single room. We requested to change rooms and the staff kindly helped, but only after charging us an extra €40 per night. By the end, we had paid more than what some 4-star hotels with pools charge — and this was a 3-star hotel with no coffee machine or water boiler in the room. The fridge in the room was very small, and when we put water bottles inside, they absorbed a strange chemical smell, which made the water unpleasant to drink.

Breakfast very good / location close to beach as well as to train station The wall are a bit thin. A group of French guys were arriving daily drunk and speaking very loudly and from the room you can hear almost everything. It was not the most pleasant experience.

Staff is very nice but some problems made my stay disappointing. It was very hot in the room but they told me the air-conditioning would not be turned on until later in May. The wifi went out one night and the staff in the lobby did not speak English and could not do anything to fix it. The TV in the room has no English language channels. Room was quite small. Some workers showed up on the balcony outside my room at 750am and woke me up. 10am check out is not very nice. :(

Super clean, central, lovely staff, great value breakfast. Great location, comfortable bed Walls are thin…we could hear neighbours and floor above. The shower is weirdly designed so water can leak out to floor right by toilet. Ok for a short stay, although maybe there are better rooms on different floors.

Our stay at the hotel left us with rather negative impressions. We appreciated the convenient location, the quick check-in, the breakfasts, and the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. However, we were extremely dissatisfied with the lack of soundproofing — we could hear absolutely everything, including very noisy teenagers having fun at night. When we asked the reception to address the issue because we couldn’t sleep, the receptionist just shrugged and did nothing to resolve the problem. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working — we were informed about this at check-in, but at night it was too cold to leave the window open for getting fresh air, and there was no air circulation at all. Moreover, the floor tiles in both the room and the bathroom were very slippery, which is quite dangerous, especially if you are traveling with a child. The shower had no barriers, so the water would spill all over the bathroom floor.

Perfect situation near to beach and beach bulevard. Short distance from railroad station (if the subway is open). All was good, perhaps more variety of breakfast, it was the same in each day.

-The location is truly ideal – just a 5-minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also about 15–20 minutes on foot to the main train station and the old town. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street, and in April it was peaceful enough to sleep with the window open. -The staff were wonderful – very friendly and helpful. We felt genuinely welcome throughout our stay. -Breakfast is a must! There was a great variety of pastries, eggs, sausages, cheese, and more – something for everyone. Highly recommended. -My room was quite small, but very clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a few nights. -The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. I had to work during my stay and had no issues at all. -The only downside: the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear your neighbors – but that seems to be a common thing in Italy. It didn’t really bother us.

Good breakfast, nice staff, close to the beach Very tiny bathroom, probably the smallest I've ever seen on all my trips.

Excellent value in the off season, especially with a great breakfast included. The location’s great for the marina and beach and close enough to be able to walk to the old town.

Great deal! Amazing after season price, bargain. We loved breakfasts, wide choice of sweet cakes and croissants, but also eggs, cheese, vegetables, pineapple.. The rooms are simple, but cleaned every day. The staff was nice. Location Is great for autumn visits, walkable distance both to the historical center and to the center. Noisy guests on the balconies, noise outside at night, but what can you do...

- helpful and kind staff - a lot of tasty backery on the breakfast - location is ok - noisy room (you can hear how people are walking in their rooms) - not so good internet on the 2nd floor (it was better and more stable connection outside of the hotel then in our room) - bathroom and shower doors are not closing well
