Excellent location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast

I liked the location, walking distance to the beach , restaurants and stores. It is a family oriented environment, you see multigenerational families enjoying life. The hotel staff is wonderful, the air condition has a good temperature. Breakfast is good too. We love the hotel so much that we are extending our stay two more days !!!

We loved our time at the Alisei Palace, breakfast was amazing. View on the sea from the room and from the breakfast room. Swimming pool was nice too. And the location is good, you can come to the hotel with no car. From the airport we took the metromare which takes you not far from the hotel. And then we rented bikes to visit everything in Rimini. The city is perfect to be visited by bike. Then to go visit San Marino, there are buses. So really, you can visit different places from the hotel without any car. The colours of the room is a bit dark for my taste. A lot of dark wood brown… not really to my taste and the bathroom wasn’t very big, but totally enough to be comfortable and worth the money we paid for our stay.

The location of the hotel was superb, right in front of the beach with easy access to the exhibition center and the mall too. The front office staff very efficient and polite, the check in and check out was speedy and even though we arrived earlier than the official check in time, our rooms were ready. The variety of the food items in the breakfast could be elevated. Maybe due to off season stay (November) the offerings had changed compared to high season.

Everything was great. We are very satisfied. The room was perfect for our needs. They cleaned the room every day and towels were changed. The staff at the hotel were pleasant. The breakfast was tasty and varied. The hotel is right next to the beach. If we come to Rimini again - we will definitely choose the same hotel.

The room was spacious, the view was nice (if you lucky with room selection you can get even better!). The hotel is right on the beach. I use it as a base to visit San Marino, Ravenna, Urbino, Riminni. You can get secured parking right at the hotel. Option outside with cameras or in garage. Staff is nice. Workers are glad to help you if you ask. Breakfast amazing. Have nice view toward beach in the restaurant. Alot of food to choose from. I tried mostly everything and all was tasty! I had overall good experience and I would reccomend to stay here. All I didnt like is that I had uninvited guest in bathroom sink - see photo.

Exceptionally clean hotel, staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are very comfortable, excellent beds and great WiFi connection. Location is superb, 2 min Walk from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, also a 10 min drive from Rimini airport. Had an amazing holiday thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent facilities. Definitely my favourite Hotel in Rimini!
