Quirk Hotel Richmond

I think that the location, the room and the staff was amazing! Overall, I thought this was definitely one of the best hotel stays I've had. I really wish that there were water bottles included in the room. Additionally, maybe face pads or q-tips in the room as well.

Cool decor overall. Good location. However the rooms are not very clean. The shower was not very hot. Staff were pleasant. The rooftop bar was only fair.

Perfect little hotel in Richmond. Very dog friendly. Great little cafe and lobby as well. Car valet was very handy as well. Nothing comes to mind.

Lovely boutique hotel, perfect weekend splurge ! Personnel are so friendly and welcoming. Room well appointed. Awesome amenities: rooftop bar, lobby bar, restaurant.

We used to visit the Bar quite often when we lived in Richmond, so know the hotel well! Just the name "Quirk" indicates a fun establishment‼️

Great location, really pretty lobby and decorating scheme. Beds and sheets were extremely uncomfortable.

This hotel is gem! Rooms are gorgeous and very well appointed. Staff is so friendly and everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Loved our stay!!

My stay was short but very pleasant. The staff members were helpful, and I loved the location - in the arts district.

Cool spot and nice restaurant. We enjoyed our meal and checking out the shops/bars nearby. We have been coming here for years and always enjoy it.

Because I had a clogged bathroom sink drain, I reduced the maintenance rating by one star (it didn't drain properly when I checked in) - but staff immediately took care of the problem when I reported it the following day. I also liked the location, with nearby restaurants.

Pretty hotel and front desk and maintenance staff ver helpful and accommodating when I requested a room move..bathroom shower was poor..bar staff very nice…the bathroom needs more towel hooks

Experience, atmosphere and staff are what makes this a top notch hotel. Highly recommended!

it would be nice to have shade on the roof top bar better menu

Over priced. Carpeting old, rooms with outlets that done work. Dirty linens. Rooms not serviced even after being out all day, returning to a dirty room. Would have had a better stay at another hotel. Parking was $30 a day.

It was a great hotel. Walkable to restaurants. Great rooftop bar.

Love the hotel but had a bad experience at the restaurant…. Took over an hour for one course to come out after letting the staff know that we had a Theatre reservation. The restaurant manager had a bit of an attitude, but when I checked out of the hotel this morning, the person on duty made sure to take care of the my restaurant bill and was extremely apologetic.
