The cknvenience to the hospital.

Hotel very old ,the worst breakfast ever . I booked for 3 nights ,i was out after the first night,hotel didn't give my money back.

Good

The bed was very high and a little hard to get into. The only way to get to it was to get an Uber or Lyft if you don't have your own transportation. They advertise that they are close to the airport.

It was fine

Bathroom fan didn't work, exercise equipment broken. However the young lady cleaning up after breakfast was above and beyond kind and helpful when we arrived to breakfast late. So a general conclusion is staff made up for the physical deficiencies.

This is an older hotel. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is minimal not a lot of choices. The staff is very helpful. The 1 highway runs pass the front of the building.

Exceptional

Not much! The rooms are dated old and expensive The pool was not open. I specifically went with this hotel because of the pool. Upon arrival it was closed. Apparently it’s been closed for a long time. It’s a total scam.

Disappointing

Since I've complained a few months ago, nothing has changed. I stayed there overnight in April 2026, room 309. Absolutely disgusting room with scratched furniture, dirty blinds, even dirtier windows, sticky bathroom floor and more... It happens again last night. The only reason I used this hotel is its convenient location to Logan airport. This time I was in the room 308. Absolutely the same disgusting picture!!! I told guys at the reception desk about the issues. They apologized with the idea to address it to management. So, I will!!!

Staff are polite and welcoming. Affordable. Free breakfast is nice.

Room was neat and clean. Comfortable. A bit of an inconvenient location, but was still good enough.

They cleaned our room, took our towels, and did not provide more towels for the room.

Room was big and clean. Breakfast was good also. I wish they had a pool to swim.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the front desk was always kind to us. I do not blame front desk workers for the poor experience. The facilities were not functioning and required fixing when we tried to use the shower. Even when fixed, the shower water was cold. The used towels were removed to be cleaned and never replaced so only one of us could use the shower when we tried. Breakfast was sparse, the room was dirty when we arrived. I do not write reviews, and I never write bad reviews, but I have been in better motels than this hotel.
