Holiday Inn Express Boston Logan Airport - Revere by IHG

Great property reasonably priced!

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had a shuttle to the airport. I call for a shuttle and they tell me that the shuttle ended in April. Expedia STILL has it listed with a shuttle and no response from the customer support team on why this was the case and why i still have no partial refund. Remove the shuttle from their listing because you will spend over $100 on ubers to and from the airport.

It was really clean and modern.

There was no airport shuttle as listed. The hot breakfast was not great. The property was clean. Staff was friendly. It was in a nice area. Close to the Beachmont train station. Luigi's was a great restaurant that was walking distance to the hotel.

Pool was great we swam a couple of times. Breakfast was really great. I’m a picky eater and while it was standard stuff (eggs, sausage, pancakes, oats, limited fruit) it was all very good. Ice machine was a little hit and miss, worked sometimes, didn’t others. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay.

This hotel was just an overnight stay for us before our flight the next evening home. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and linen crisp and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. The coffee was individually and freshly brewed. The lobby was spacious and comfortable while we waited for our return trip home. We also left our luggage with staff as we headed back into Boston for more sightseeing before our evening flight. All and all a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean room, although we did not realise that room service was not daily unless requested. No issue getting extra coffee etc. from reception. Helpful staff. Good location. Easy walking distance to the subway for access to Boston. Good breakfast but would prefer proper cutlery instead of plastic. All in all the hotel worked well for us for our two night stay.

It’s just what you need if you exploring the city easy connection to the city using the blue line and it was clean and comfortable. They had an airport shuttle listed online but they hotel had stopped in in April so that was very frustrating as that was a main reason why I booked the hotel.

The only complaint I have is the pillows were horrible, completely flat. I did not sleep well.

The sheet is not clean. Towels have hairs.

We had a good stay with my family. The only downsides were that the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, and sometimes there was no coffee available at the dispenser near the lobby. Other than that, everything was good. Thank you to the whole team for your hospitality!

Expedia advertised free airport shuttle service. This is not provided. It cost me an additional $60 in uber fees due to false advertising.

Great location and close to airport. Rooms were updated and clean and bar/restaurant was convenient. We did think they had an airport shuttle but they do not.

While the place was clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection was good people need to know that there is NOT a shuttle as advertised and parking overnight is $30.
