Residence Inn by Marriott Reston

Carpet had food crumbs all over it and when you walk in door to room it was food and cleaners never cleaned, dried up urine on toilet seat. I wasn’t offered water and had to ask for it after I watched worker give to each customer ahead of me. This might be last stay. I’m OCD about cleanliness and just because a building is clean in lobby and new doesn’t mean everything in your room is

Exceptional

Clean rooms, great floor and upstairs bar, staff always friendly and helpful. 10 minutes from Dulles airport. I gave stayed here several times.

The room is spacious and clean, and the staff is very nice and patient to explain how parking works. Overall, it’s beyond our expectations. We’ll definitely come back again.

Loved the room but it’s too expensive and not feeling the parking situation you have to pay for parking should be included in the high price of the room

Check in was great, staff is amazing and helpful and the hotel itself is in a great location and has great amenities like a fully nice breakfast area and two restaurants. The room was a nice suite room, however there were Wifi issues the first night and we couldn’t use the TV either the first night. Also, there was some trash left in the room under the kitchen sink and the other trash cans had remnants of trash in them. There is room for improvement, but still a great stay overall and plan to book with them again in the future.

Location was perfect for my visit. I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness exhibited by the hotel team, especially Michele during checkin and Jason during happy hour. Both of them made my experience both inviting and relaxing. I wasn’t able to make the room warmer.

Everything was good, but not excellent or exceptional. Bathroom trash can had no liner, had to call maintenance to get the TV maintenanced so that it would allow me to see any channels. Called maintenance about the loose wiggly bathroom door handle.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. Area was nice as well.
