A great hotel with amazing staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

We brought our on food to cook. The kitchen was as described, however there were missing amenities and items that did not work properly that were to be provided. It would be beneficial to customers if the staff would check the kitchen area to make sure everything is there that is stated and that everything works properly. Also, in the description, the type of coffee maker should be made known. We had no hot water - it was luke warm. We were in the last room so the hot water never fully reached us. The maintenance staff did turn up the temperature of the boiler but water still did not get as hot as it should have. We also had to run the water for at least ten minutes to get the water hot enough to shower/bathe.

Overall good for family. Having kitchen in the room and laundry in the hotel is a plus. The only problem is shower water is not warm enough in the morning.

Loved everything about this location, except there is no pool!

Great place to stay, huge rooms, exceptionally clean suite that had everything we needed; full size refrigerator, decently optioned kitchenette, great beds, and overall layout of the suite.

Great customer service. Allowed early check-in to watch the World Cup.

The suite was large and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the walls are a bit thin and I was woken up by loud neighbors.

Staff at frontdesk (young guy) was very rude and not professional, argue with guests. They didn't provide the room that we booked, give room that is less in value. Pool and breakfast not provided during our stay but no notification before and no refund. Terrible experience.

Nothing First it took me 3 hrs to get booked into the room and after waiting what seamed like forever and 4 booking agents later my kids and I where able to finally rest, my kids had to go have dinner in our car so i could have chance to resolve the issue, second there is no pool! My kids cane in floaties in hand, there is no pool. They disnt have extra pillows and they did not provide soap or lotions like other hotels, the breakfast was whack, you can really tell they are on a budget, and no real blankets on the bed only linens, one of the worst stays.

Carpet deodorizer was strong smelling

We left very expensive air pods in room and they found and kept them safe for us. Finding an honest hotel is important these days! Breakfast was great and rooms were quiet and clean. Carpet deodorizer was strong smelling

Everything the whole experience was terrible, the only good thing was the employees trying to help us resolve the issues, which were all above their pay grades
