I had to use this hotel due to fire evacuation, glad they received pets with no fee, unfortunately the pet’s owners don’t respect the property and don’t clean the dog’s poops. Hotel cleanliness is super poor but I did not have any other option

It was not clean

Not much at all. It was clean. That’s about it. First, when I made the reservation, I specifically requested a ground-floor room to accommodate my mother, who is handicapped. I was assured that this would not be a problem. However, when we arrived to check in, we were informed that no ground-floor rooms were available. We were instead placed in an upstairs room, which created significant difficulty for my mother and made our stay much more challenging than it should have been. In addition, we did not feel safe or comfortable at the property. There were individuals loitering around the motel at all hours, including what appeared to be prostitution activity. The noise throughout the night was excessive, with people outside partying, yelling, and causing disturbances until approximately 4:00 a.m. At one point, around 1:00 a.m., someone was even banging on our door. We contacted the front desk, and the gentleman working did come outside and ask the individuals to settle down. Unfortunately, the disturbances continued afterward. We were ultimately told that we could contact the police if we felt it was necessary. Between the failure to accommodate the ground-floor room we had specifically requested for my handicapped mother, the ongoing disturbances, and the overall lack of safety and security we experienced, this was an extremely disappointing stay. We were unable to rest or feel comfortable at the property and, unfortunately, this was by far the worst motel experience we have ever had.

Pet potty area was kept clean , doggy bags was appreciated and garbage can mept clean. The people in the other rooms were extremely loud until 3 am and could not sleep. A lot of people going in and out and smoking and standing around talking near my window in the day and night.- Didn’t get good sleep.

Near Near the freeway but 1 thing I didn’t like was to much noise in middle night

This property was ideally located to our event. The room was a clean place to sleep but nothing special. Stayed 4 nights but they offered no maid service our entire stay so had to ask for clean towels and take out our own trash. For our event I would stay again.

The smell of the room
-
It was reasonably priced and convenient to what I needed to do in Reno. I count on Motel 6 to be affordable and clean. This location was that. However, it is seedy. I was struck by the smell of pot every time I left my room. It did not feel safe. The other “guests” I encountered reminded me of street people I encounter in the Tenderloin in SF.

Oh goodness. Everything was as normal except a lingering foot smell that litterly stuck to our cloths. Being i was there for a work trip and working long hrs just needed the room for sleep so I didnt feel like losing sleep to deal with the hassle of moving rooms with 3 people and our stuff. But my goodness after noticing them smell came home with us I had to write a review. Come on guys!

Just the pool Rooms are horribly small, couldn't really even walk in the room. The shower was small and dinky. Thy took out the night stands so nowhere to put yur things beside the window seal whn u sleep. We found trash next to our bed tht was thr whn we got the CLEAN room. Whn we asked for more towels or pillows they would tell us to thy don't have any clean or to just wait or not give it at all. I had to ask multiple ppl to get extra stuff. Whn I tried to cancel thy said I couldn't or thy would take half of the money for BOTH NIGHTS. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!
