Our room was perfect, staff super friendly and helpful and gave us a complimentary 1 pm late check out. The free breakfast had absolutely everything you need and the breakfast area was large and very clean. We will definitely stay there again!

The only reason I didn't give a perfect score relates to a few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom. The bathroom door creaked and could benefit from some attention, and the shower door did not close completely, which caused some water to leak onto the floor and required us to use more towels than usual. Additionally, the shower area could be improved with a few hooks or holders for hand towels and toiletries. While these were relatively minor concerns, they did not significantly impact our stay. We enjoyed our experience overall and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We stayed in an executive suite, which was comfortable and well maintained, though slightly smaller than I had expected. Our room faced the road, so there was some street noise. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone made a genuine effort to be welcoming, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Reno.

Excellent all around!! Great walking area.

Convient location, and good free breakfast. Also, the evening bar with a limited food menu was a nice touch. I'll stay again, and next time bring by two dogs. The property is excellent for dog owners wanting to travel with their Pups.

We love the location as it’s central for everything we want to participate in. There are also close restaurants. It’s clean and everyone is friendly. There is a nice breakfast offered, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and hot offerings. We were extremely disappointed to learn that the pool will not be reopened, and will be replaced with a “wellness” center. We probably won’t return for that reason alone.

This is an excellent hotel. Breakfast is included (full breakfast, not a continental one). The only negative is paying $50 to park on the property which seems unnecessary since there was a lot of available parking.

The food was good, I think it should open sooner on week days . I also think more coffee pots could be put out once 7:30 am comes around for crowd rush . I think a waffle maker for make your own would be helpful , but all in all very nice . Grounds and staff very nice I feel Monday to Friday rate should come down some .

The IT servers were down. There was no TV entertainment and no phones working.

The only downsides were finding hair from a previous guest in the shower and discovering that the pool was unavailable, apparently due to renovations. I wasn’t able to find any signage or notice about the closure, so a little more communication would have been appreciated. It was a bit loud as well due to the major street it sits on. Additionally, the shower door didn’t close all the way so I had to deal with puddles of water each time I used it. Overall, despite those issues, it was a comfortable stay and I would consider staying here again.

Very new and modern. Cozy beds. Great breakfast. AC loud at night. Took awhile to get to sleep.

Surprisingly great hotel. Really enjoyed the stay and breakfast!

This was the perfect hotel. The only thing is that the front desk controlled the air but you could call and ask them to turn it down and they did. Love this hotel I will be back
