Great location! Close to metro and train. Many good little restaurants in and near the building. Walking distance to many sites and beautiful little park across the street…not to mention the famous “Timeout Market”. Courtyard and rooftop bar very nice too! Bathroom door was a little sticky along the bottom.

Location and ease of use were perfect! Everything was great no complaints

location, the size of the rooms, the big bathroom and the comfort. They never sent me an email or text with the instructions on how to get a key. We had to call in, fortunately the call was answered and instructions were given on where to find the lockbox in the reception area and how to get the keys. They left the mops and brooms in a corner in the kitchen, not too attractive. We had 3 people and booked for 2 nights but there were only 2 coffee pods, not enough for the 1st night and none for the 2nd. The bathroom needs a shelf or a counter to put things on, it was a big sink but nowhere to put your toiletry bags for 3 people. MOST AWFUL HALLWAY EVER! EVERYTHING WAS TAN WITH A DULL GRAY CARPET FLOORING. SERIOUSLY?? Also each floor had the exact same table with accessories so that was confusing if you got off on the wrong floor.

The location was great and the common areas of the building were well maintained. Our room could have been more well maintained. There were scuff marks on the walls, a tear in one of the living room chairs and the towels were frayed.

You are paying for the location. It was located in a great neighborhood near Time Out Market. The apartment needs some fixing. The bathroom was clean but the shower was black with mold. The water return was broken. The bathroom door needed to be repaired. The bathroom needed to be painted. The Living Room rug was stained.

We like the location and that we could go to the rooftop bar. Reception staff were curt and not very helpful. In addition, lack of mirrors and counter space in the bathroom for the number of bedrooms made it challenging for getting ready to go out.

This apartment is fantastic. It is very clean very comfortable and the location is perfect. Timeout is right under the apartment building and the area is so safe. Every thing you need is in a waking distance. The check in is very easy and staff are helpful The apartment didn’t have a washing machine and the elevator broke on us

Location The shower run cold water in the first day.

- Well split apartment - We had no issues with sounds from other rooms or from the outside - the rooms were not properly cleaned, furniture had dust, mirror was dirty, shower had mold - lack of light in the room, in front of the window there was an elevator blocking the light in the room

Did not have breakfast. Location was great. The beds. No information about the TV and which channels could be accessed. No bathroom handtowels. The bathroom door needed shaving at the bottom to eliminate a loud scrapping noise. The living rug had many stains.

The location was fantastic! So easy to get around Lisbon with public transit right at the doorstep practically. Everything you could possibly need within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was lovely, and very quiet with the windows closed. A bit of maintenance would be good. Our kitchen faucet was not attached to the counter properly, but was still usable if you were careful, a couple other minor things.

Toilet constantly drips. Shower has mold along the base. Beds were very hard. Last evening the power went off about 5am and was still off after we checked out at 11. Hopefully it is back on by now.

Excellent location — just beside Time Out Market and near Pink Street, restaurants, and souvenir shops. The apartment was very quiet, in front of a park with a church at the back. It has a complete kitchen for cooking, and there’s a nearby supermarket as well. There’s an elevator, luggage storage options nearby, and Uber to the airport was only €18. Highly recommended! The apartment was a bit dark, especially in the living area — more lighting would improve it. The sofa is quite old and needs replacement. We also didn’t really like that check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Otherwise, everything was good.

Very clean location was good. Great stay

Location was great. Lovely building with a clocktower. Close to the river and many wonderful restaurants, delicious pastry and ice cream too! Bed was really comfy! Rooftop bar was amazing and a must visit for a drink and best views in the city. There is a courtyard in the center of the building with a restaurant. If you plan to be resting earlier than 11:30 it’s not going to happen. It is very loud, especially on the weekend. But if you don’t mind the voices and want a place close to your location with food and drinks and good atmosphere this place is for you.

The place feels a bit spartan. The hallways are dim with huge corridors and doors, no art. Looks a bit like an old government building was converted to apartments. Rooms did not have a lot of natural sunlight or windows. Beds were a bit hard and springy, and seemed quite used. Not too comfortable. They could use mattress pads

Modern look and location

The location is excellent..Close to Time Out market, metro station, etc...The family room was large Unfortunately, the water was shut off...so no shower, no cooking (had kitchen), but the worst was trying to wash your hands (had to use bottled water multiple times)...The bathroom was on the small side (small sink, so couldn't place toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, etc. in the bathroom...also no place to put towels...they placed a ladder to hang the towels but its at the entrance to the shower, so it would get in the way and the ladder kept slipping to the floor

Location Very very noisy at night and early morning Bed is not comfortable Missing hooks for hanging clothes, coats and towels
