Comfort Inn & Suites Rapid City near Mt. Rushmore

The staff was amazing always smiling and friendly. Our room was nice but under the beds it was a disaster. Got ahold of front desk and they moved both beds and vacuumed under them. I didn't like the fact that the cleaning staff cleans the rooms every 3 days. This left us to put our used towels in the hallway and then had to secure more towels. The breakfast was great many varieties to choose from. I would stay there again with no problem.

The staff was polite and very helpful with any questions we had and the after noon cookies and cold water in the lobby were especially an appreciated touch. If we are ever near Rapid City again we will stay at this Comfort Inn.

Great stay here while we visited Sturgis. Staff was very helpful and very polite and nice. Would definitely come and stay here again thank you.

It's the perfect place to stay if you like friendly staff, great restaurants, shopping, and you want an easy route to get to the nearby attractions. We really, really liked it here.

It was a good, central location. Despite all the construction around the hotel, it really didn't effect out stay too much. Breakfast was average. Overall good value.

Break fast was good . Kitchen staff she was very good keep refilling food very hot . Really appreciate she work really very hard.

The breakfast needs a really needed upgrade. Outside who ever designed the details didn’t account for birds. Found hair in the room, in bed and bathroom, both were not ours. The staff were nice and helpful. The warm cookies at check-in helped a lot.

We had a great stay with Comfort Inn & Suites. We enjoyed the lemon ice water & cookies in the lobby. We just wish the hot tub was cleaner & working better. The jets were broken when we stayed.

The hotel was busy! The front desk assistant (Lisa) who checked us in was very friendly and handled it well. The room was clean. Had cookies and water available in the lobby during check in. We did not check out the breakfast. The elevator was not working when we were there.
