Location was okay. In between everything. It was nothing like the pictures. It was old and tore up. The bed was old. Uncomfortable and super squeaky. Even with just tiny movement.

The property requires a considerable amount of maintenance and upgrading. It needs a thorough and deep cleaning. Floors are filthy. Toilets require maintenance. Linens are old and worn. There is a smell of weed and cigarettes on and off throughout the day. There is scattered and unfinished work being done throughout the property. Photos provided of the property on the Expedia site were deceiving. Staff will only make excuses but it's pretty obvious they know what's going on. I realize this is a discount hotel but this is absurd. I would not have stayed or would have checked out earlier but it was too late to find anywhere else.

It met our needs as we just needed a cheap place to crash after a wine dinner 6 minutes away. It was cleaner and more updated than I expected. Difficult to find because the name on the property is Hotel AQ but according to the disgruntled reception person the owner still has the large sign outside and listed in Booking.com as ABVIRPV. Reception guy was so indifferent and almost surly.

The location. The room had roaches, the bed was not comfortable at all. The host was very rude. I didn't like I had to leave a deposit for bad service , during the inspection of the room the 1st was rude. The front desk barely answered the phone. The hospitality was just awful.

First of all the room was clean but a couple of things were bad the flooring was popping up in different spots,loose toilet seat bathroom door had loose hinges couldn't even close the door the front dead bolt wouldn't turn to lock the top latch was in operable (missing pieces) I showed up late so I didn't say anything and I usually don't complain. So I didn't tell the property manager anything.

The staff were super helpful. Even when I had complained about cigarette smoke. The room was clean. I know the furniture is old and rundown but I didn’t see anything that alarming.
