I called from the road because my travel was delayed due to a tornado and when I got there my reservation (2 days was cancelled. They gave me a room next to the restaurant with a load party going on for the one night and I had to pay extra for it. No refund for the 2 nights I already booked.

The location of this property was convenient for exploring, and getting around downtown Raleigh. The rooms and property itself were clean and well maintained. The included breakfast had all the staples you'd expect from a hotel breakfast, but done well. The main dishes rotated every day.

Very nice hotel! Nice amenities, ambiance and walkable or easy uber ride to restaurants and Red Hat Amphitheater or Lincoln Theater. Cool club right next door. Got to watch the Hurricanes from bars nearby and they won the championship!! Fans were lined up everywhere!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The free breakfast was meh but the coffee at Moonsong Cafe was good. All in all, a great place to spend 4 nights.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and a convenient downtown location. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The main entrance doors were not automatic, making it a little difficult to enter with luggage. The property also felt slightly dated compared to other hotels in the same category.
