The entire staff was exceptional- professional, informative, kind, & always placing the guest needs as a priority. Big shout out to the front desk, the always welcoming breakfast staff who made the start of the day so pleasant and the lovely staff at the tea/happy hour. All the food and drinks- wonderful.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to everything. They also provide the popular and hard to find Windy Ridge Farm milk. I requested a higher level, quiet and two beds room( I got the confirmation of two twin beds can be made in the room before I made the booking). But when I arrived, my level was low and the balcony was just face the bars. And the bed just split the mattress but not for the base. I contacted the receptionist and was informed they cannot do anything since what I booked is a king size bed room and there’s no other room available for swap. If I want to have two beds, they can place a roller bed for me with charges. I was so upset and told her I asked before booking and the hotel confirmed with me again before arrival regards of two beds. At last, the staff member asked her colleague for help and split the base of the bed. To be honest, I was so upsetting because of the start part in the hotel especially in the situation of lack of sleep, exhaustion and anxiety for the following days with my little in a foreign country where we first met.

The location English was no-one’s first language. They pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door. They ungraded our room which we didn’t ask for and made us pay $400 extra when we checked out. They also need to write on their website that the only parking is valet which is $50 extra a night.

The room was nice and bed comfortable, and location to the port very good For some reason the room was not serviced until the evening which meant we came back to the room before it was serviced. The price for parking at the hotel was quite high and id rather had paid a price including breakfast rather than being told what was was allowed to eat or not eat.
