the wifi was spotty and cut out at times and the you can see that the room has wear and tear with the door and the chair in the room.

I wanted just a continental breakfast and had to order and pay for a full buffet breakfast. The only way to get a continental breakfast

The staff are lovely. Rooms with a lake view have a beautiful scenery. Breakfast was not good and lacked variety; even fried eggs were not available. Rooms with a garden view are not recommended.

Lovely food, attentive staff, clean and comfortable room with excellent (if slow to fill) spa bath. Lake view beyond the road enhanced by the slightly elevated aspect. Steps up to the block of rooms and steep access with a suitcase. Some slight noise from laundry facility.

There was a vacancy The $650 for the room for the night - extortion (they hiked prices as Queenstown was fully booked due to Chinese New Year). Room was fine but should have cost $250-$300 max.

View Restaurant closes early

I had just finished the Milford track. Was perfect for after the 4 day walk, clean tidy and easy to access. Was very pleased to have a comfortable bed to sleep in. I would say it was a bit over priced for what it was however i do understand i did stay with a beautiful view and probably peak season being the time of all the great walks. Also, paying extra for parking when theyre onsite and empty parks anyway. I would stay again for sure.

The view is spectacular, the beds very comfortable. We also loved the toiletries in the rooms. The staff was friendly, and our rooms were made up everyday. There are no shelves for clothes and this makes it difficult to unpack properly. It would also be helpful to have some plates and cultery in the room. The breakfast could have had more healthy options on the menu.

The washbasin were cracked, and the cabinet was damaged. Rooms like this should not have been made available to guests. As a result, we only discovered many inconveniences after checking in and using the facilities, which led to a very poor experience.

The staff ordered a taxi for me for $30 but the the taxi charged me $55

The location is so great to enjoy the stunning lake view with convenience to city center. We would highly appreciate the amazing service from Receptionist Mr. V, who was very friendly and provided a detailed instruction so that we can totally enjoy the great service and facilities of the hotel. Will highly recommend to our family and friends and will definitely come back to stay next time. Nothing

Well appointed at a great price. Manuela was very welcoming at check in.

It was Quiet for the location We paid DOUBLE what we paid everywhere else in New Zealand and the rooms were much better. The Value did NOT match the Room age and or condition

Undisputed view from balcony. Great location. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. There is no shower box - only bathtub, so you will have to step inside the bathtub to take a shower.

Too expensive for what was offered. Also this hotel a bit off from queenstown city center and the traffic in the area can be really bad.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was a dated property and showed some wear. The night manager gave us a lot of attention, as though we were staying in a much nicer property, which was surprising.
