The boutique Chalet Queenstown Bed & Breakfast offers modern and stylish rooms with wonderful views and comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi is included, every morning European-style breakfast is served in the dining area. Chalet Queenstown is just 5 minutes’ walk from central Queenstown. It is a 10-minute drive to Queenstown International Airport and 45-minute drive to The Remarkables ski field. Each room has a digital LCD TV and a private patio or balcony with mountain and lake views. All rooms have a stylish private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Free car parking is provided. Guests have access to luggage/ski storage. Laundry service is available on request. The tour desk can book local activities including jet boating, bungee jumping, kayaking and cruises on Lake Wakatipu. Continental breakfast can be served in the breakfast room or on the patio in warmer weather. In the evenings, there are restaurants, bars, cafes, nightclubs and entertainment in the town center.

When I arrived, the staff gave me the room key and showed me to my room. I assumed my booking had already been paid through Booking.com. Later, the staff informed my friend that we still needed to pay, so I went back to the reception to complete the payment. While I was transferring the money, the staff member covered his mouth and laughed at me. I found this behavior unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Location is near city center. You can walk around 800 meters. Host was so great! Bed was comfy. You can find milk and bottles of water in the fridge on 2nd floor

Great location just a 15 min walk from town, really comfortable beds and room was super clean. Breakfast was delicious. Harry was a great host and made sure everything was to our liking, thank you!

Location is great, room is clean, staff is very friendly especially Herry helped to bring luggage to upstairs and prepare delicious breakfast every morning.

The hosts were the best part of the stay. They were super friendly, fun, helpful, and Harry’s breakfasts were 5 Star! So delicious! Our room was comfy and had a lovely view. Great location - a close walk to town!

Location was just right - close to, but not in downtown. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Only complaint is that the mattress was too soft for my tastes.

Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice view of the mountains from the room balcony. Free car parking. Bathroom is very small and the shower hot water temperature control needs to be improved, Shower cannot hold the warm/hot water for long.

The location. Was a 15 min walk down the hill into town center. It was a comfortable stay with a nice view from the balcony. The staff was pleasant and helpful and it was quiet. Never heard a neighbor. The parking was limited and chaotic. Luckily a staff member pulled my car out for me.

Isha was very accommodating and conscientious - a perfect host! Space was just a little tight for us - 2 large suitcases to keep open in a room with 2 twin beds.

Quaint hotel in walking distance to the water, gardens and town center. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Decent location, good wifi (70U/28D), generally quiet. It's a bit out of the middle of town, so no external noise. It's an older wooden building, so the floors creak. The walls are thin enough to hear others walking and the shower next door.
