Stella and her staff were extremely receptive. Their response to questions and requirements were both speedy and complete. Sam with the beach beds excellent. The food and service in the restaurants a great improvement from previous years. The only minor problem was the extremely loud restaurant music on Wednesday and Friday, when i looked, on one night there were only 6 people in the restaurant. Congratulations to the Hotel group for their high standard of customer service and facilities in all areas. Music in the restaurant.

Location, beach, sea, quality and style of the interior The room was full of mosquitos ands bugs all the time that we could not sleep properly. There are no mosquito screen on the door nor window so when cleaning lady come an clean the room all the flies and bugs rush in to room! We stayed in villa rooms and it was beautiful but not spacious enough for 3 person! There were no inch to put anything in the room. It is perfect for 2 person though.

Beautiful property and well located in Samos. The staff made us feel welcome from before we even arrived, making sure to help us with every request.

Location/beach Value

Gorgeous location and grounds. Our room was a “garden view”. The location was problematic. If we opened the windows, we smelled the property garbage facility. Gross!! We could also hear the screech of them moving metal garbage bins. The smell was terrible when we exited the room and walked toward the lobby vs the beach. The room had terrible lighting and only one electrical outlet.

Scene, built like a little village, clean, perfect sea (a bit cold) Not enough space for luggage. Early finished breakfast. Late service at the beach.

The stuff, location, breakfast, Greek night at Thursday, facilities were all amazing. The flush of the room was problematic and the beach is not sandy.

Clean and spacious room, very friendly staff, long beach with lots of space and good selection of cocktails. Very nice breakfast with a lot to choose from.

Rooms were very comfortable, steps away from the beach, restaurants were very good, staff very helpful and friendly.

Sea Room does nit look like in the pictures. Room was very old especially bathroom was disaster.

Location, beach and pool facilities, workout room, car rental office on site, very nice staff Morning coffee is an issue. It’s not very good for a so-called five star hotel.

The service was amazing. Marina our concierge was exceptional. She was so helpful in setting up transfers and dinners. The beach was beautiful. There wasn't anything.

Everything . The set up , the restaurants , italian and pnoe and asian. The atmosphere , the beach , the rooms. But more then all the attentive and kind service of all the staff. As a former hotelier and former someone who likes to travel a lot , ı can say this is my nımber one hotel. Also appreciate the efforts pf the management to protect environment. Breakfast could be better , cheese and cold cut quality.
