Hotel El Coihue

I arrived in town a day early due to regional fires. The receptionist spoke very good English and was extremely helpful in finding me a location close to the hotel until I could check in the next day. The entire staff was excellent. Clean, quiet, very comfortable, secure parking for my motorcycle, and close to everything.

It’s centrally located, walking distance downtown.

The staff was excellent and very helpful even with communication barriers due to my poor Spanish skills. Breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning with your choice of coffee beverage. Loved sitting and looking out at the dwarf araucaria tree through the breakfast room window. Rooms were good with a tv and lots of closet space. I was able to use the laundry room to wash clothes and there's a community fridge available. Location was pretty good; close to restaurants but still in a quiet area. I wish there was a plug for the drain in the bath so you would have the option to take a bath or a shower. Walls were kind of thin so there was a bit of noise from other guests.

Parking spots were a little challenging to get into.

Very kind helpful staff. Communal kitchen facilities, well stocked with tea coffee cookies bottled water. Very clean. Room a bit small but had everything.

The hotel is centrally located in Pucón, a short walk from both the main street and bus station. It was easy to find and the tours I booked picked me up and dropped me off directly at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming - they helped me organize my stay and the breakfast each morning was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower had hot water. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff, great location and super breakfast. Also the convenience of a space available to have a hot drink and play cards! Our room was quite small (but comfortable)

The staff looked after us really well, especially by putting on an early breakfast so we could join a tour to the National Park. Location convenient both for bus stations and the main street bustle a couple of blocks away.

Very nice hotel that has recently been renovated! The staff is extremely flexible, helpful and tries to accommodate every request. Many many thanks to la senora Maria, that has been extremely nice during my stay, making me feel like home. The position is also great, close to the bus stations and to the city center. Great value for money, highly recommended! Nothing
