Hotel Inti Kuyen Plaza

Centrally located, lovely staff, little corner kitchenette (kettle, microwave, fridge). Very comfortable, decent buffet breakfast. My husband is celiac and they kindly accommodated us by preparing hard-boiled eggs for him each morning to avoid cross-contamination.

The hotel is located in the centre of Pucon, next to a fantastic brewpub. The staff is friendly, the room was spaceous and had a nice view. The breakfast was a buffet. On check out day I had to leave very early, yet they even made a breakfast for me at 05:30 hours. Everything was fine with me

Staff was excellent, as well as cleaning of the room. Breakfast had lots of choices, and good fresh fruit. Accommodations were very comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to town. Free parking was a nice amenity. It was sometimes difficult to get the gate open for parking on our return. We sent messages on WhatsApp but didn't always get a response and one of us had to go into the hotel.

Loud music until late night, bed matters very sofr,the room and shower not very clean .

Towels, there was no toilet paper when we arrived

There is a live music bar at the entrance of the hotel, and the first night the music finished at 2/2:30 am which is not acceptable as I was there for hiking and need to woke up early. The music was so loud and I can’t sleep. The second night they changed me to a most inside room so I didn’t hear the music but if you are near the bar, the music will be super loud

Barbara in recepcion was excellent and very helpful. It would be a good idea if the woman in charge of the breakfast had some help. She has to prepare all the food, bring it out into the main eating area and clean the tables. It is too much work for one person. She was constantly struggling to keep enough food made for everyone. Superb

We loved the view of the Volcano from our bedroom window. The room was large and very comfortable, and also the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with options not usually available at similar hotels. The staff was very nice, and the car parking was also very nice. The cost was just amazing for such a quality hotel. I would definitely go back.

Exceptional

Large comfortable room in area close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Upon entry it doesn’t look nice, but chance because our room was wonderful. They also wanted our room key while we were gone (due to pick pickets in the town), but when we returned it was hard to find staff to give us our key back.

The Hotel Personal in reception was just amazing nice and helpfull for everything we needed! Thanks a lot for this! Beautiful very nice and comfortabel rooms and very good breakfast! Very good place to stay very comfortabel in Pucon!!!

The location was perfect. It was very central and easy to access. The breakfast was not as expected given that the country produces such a wonderful products and they could have easily offered some cold milk and nuts for oats in the morning. As suggestions, provide cold water, nuts, a variety of fruits.

Friendly and helpful staff

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Made the stay wonderful. The room was big and clean, the bed very comfortable. The fridge in our room didn’t work.
