Hostal el Nogal Pucón

The host was super kind. The kindest on our so far 3 weeks travel through Chile. He gave us free breakfast when paying in cash, was always available and gave us a lot of tips for sightseeing. The kitchen was well equipped. The room was a bit tiny for two people, but ok for the prize. It got also very cold one night when it was super windy because the wind came through the windows and the walls were quite thin so we could hear the neighbors well.

The hostel is excellent, we loved our stay here. The host was very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay - which we ended up extending by 2 nights. We had a great sized bedroom which was very comfortable and clean, and a great view of the volcano. The shared spaces were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the breakfast provided. Highly recommend!

Exceptional

Everything was convenient: private kitchen, parking space for the car, proximity of stores, keyless rooms even!

Owners were great. Upgraded our room to one with a view of the volcano for free. Let us leave our luggage and use facilities before we caught night bus. Good kitchen facilities and close to bus station and supermarket. 10-15 min walk to shops and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood Walls were a bit thin so noise traveled between rooms.

We felt extremely welcomed and provided for during our stay. It was a lovely place, a great location and we were given great recommendations for the area and transport. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

very cosy, good setup, nice to be able to have basics provided to make our own breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful Location is nice and quiet but slightly out of town. Staff didn’t speak any English but this wasn’t a problem but just something to be aware of!

Very nicely located in a quiet street but close to the city center and near a big supermarket. It has a good kitchen with the right utensils and equipment to cook a decent meal. Room was spacious and very clean and the owners are very kind and hospitable.

Very friendly owner and a great hostal in general. We got an upgrade including breakfast for free! Everything you need is present! Fully equipped kitchens and supermarket around the corner. Quite in the evening and 10 minute walked from the center of Pucon. I would definitely book again!

Very good

The hostal is super homey, inviting and comfortable. When it was cold there was always a roaring fire going in the communal areas and our room was soooo comfy! Rodrigo is a super nice host, always happy to answer questions and providing great recommendations for things to do and where to book tours etc.
