Beautiful property just outside of Pucon We had some issues with the heating system, but manager resolved to issue. Breakfast is not very exiting, but adequate.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Pucon Green Park. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They helped plan activities and made great recommendations. The restaurant serves a great breakfast and good dinner. The rooms need a bit of updating. Everything was in good working order, but a bit worn.

The staff from front desk to the restaurant were borderline not acceptable and are not fitting to the otherwise great setting and facility. The food also doesn't fit the level of hotel it is or could be.

Beautiful and clean Food service is not good ( typical in Chile). Also, I spilled a drink and they charged me for a new one - this would never be the case at a hotel in the US or Europe.

an waiter named looked Rein1es/r Murjo* looked with bad eyes on my girl once was looking at the bar’s bill, did not liked it once she told, hope he improves on customer support, besides it all great! Breakfast really good and room nice, view and reception were exemplary and excellent!!

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We initially thought the hotel may have been a bit far from the town but this turned out to be a plus as it was good to get back to the peace and quiet of the hotel after a day in Pucon. It was only a 5 minute Uber ride to and from the town. The swimming pool and pool service was great. The volcano view from our room was very special. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we got there, even though we could not speak Spanish. The room was very nice and the bathroom and shower far better than other hotels we stayed at during our Chile vacation. The only suggestion I can make is that it would have been nice to have a bar fridge in the room. I understand the hotel wants you to buy from them but it would have been nice to have had a fridge to keep the occasional cooldrink, etc cool. It would also have been nice to have had a coffee machine in the room.
