The room was very nice. We stayed in the promenade tower and it was clean and nicely furnished. When trying to pay cash for the room prior to going to bed , the clerk said I'd have to wait 5 minutes because he had to go get cash in order to do that. I told him I would wait. He then said but I would literally have to go get the money in order to do that, or you can do it upon checkout. I did do it the next morning, thankfully the line was not bad- but was what I was trying to avoid.

The room was comfortable and in spite of the construction, was acceptable. The distance from the amphitheater and difficulty in parking.

Quiet, clean room. Free ride to and from the amphitheater. Food was available later in the evening. Parking was close, easy walk to hotel.

Great stay and service. the only downfall was the staff at Caribou coffee - the tables were messy and people were standing behind the counter during our visit on 8/19. other than that - it was great.
