Location, design, good atmosphere, breakfast. The air conditioning was too small and low power considering the size of the bedroom. No place to hang out wet clothes.

Very good breakfast--even with gluten free options. :-) The only thing I think it needs improvement is a funky smell that comes from the bathroom.
