Great hotel, very clean, quiet, yet close to subway and tram. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choices, freshly baked breads. Nothing. Everything was great.

Nothing not to like. Surrounded by restaurants , cafés and shopping. Easy access to the train and buses.

I overall liked the stay it was a well organized property and the breakfast was good I left an item of clothing in the closet of the room and I came back a few hours after checking out, the receptionist checked the database for lost things and it wasn’t there. We went up to the room and I checked where I left it, wasn’t there. The receptionists called the cleaning staff who claimed to look for the item and yet after waiting around 20 minutes claimed they found nothing. Very unprofessional situation that ruined the whole stay at the hotel.

Good location. Train and metro station all nearby. A lot of shop and restaurant nesr by. Away from the tourist area. There are quite a few homeless and drugs dalers around the train and bus station.

Had a lovely suite, overlooking the street. It wasn’t quiet, but that is actually in their favor because I love street noise. It was easy to shut it out by closing the windows and lowering the blinds. Fantastic breakfast buffet. The bar area was generally quiet, but the staff there were very attentive. More English language channels on the TV.

The most amazing breakfast, big specious room, staff who was always there to help and good public transport network 1-2min from hotel. This is my second stay. I had a mix of business and personal trips (it is perfect for both).

Close to where I wanted to be; near a mall, public transportation but not too loud. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean. They even upgraded me to an apartment which was even better! None

Very comfortable room with all amenities. Wonderful, extensive choices for breakfast. Management thoughtfully provided iced bubbly, fruit and cake in the room for a birthday celebration. Reception staff rather impersonal and not a very friendly welcome when checking in.

It was a great hotel with very convenient access, yet it was not located in the crowded areas of Prague. The sheets and bathroom were very clean. The staff were kind, and the breakfast was decent. The room temperature and ventilation system were excellent. It was also a hotel that truly cared about the environment, which I found very interesting. We had a very pleasant stay there. Nothing

Breakfast had good variety & coffee from barista. Filtered water dispenser was great and convenient. Location was perfect for convenience. Room was spacious but I couldn't really control the temperature in the room. I had booked a room with 1 queen/king bed but at check-in, was told that there are none available and had to take a room with 2 single beds, which wasn't what I needed. On one of the days, I asked for room cleaning but the housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room during the day so I ended up having to ask for new towels and the room wasn't cleaned.
