The location is really central and convenient! My room was large and comfortable, but I booked later in the day so I got twin beds instead of the queen sized bed that I requested. My room did not have air con but they did provide me with a fan. Staff were incredible and gave us many perks, so I wish we were able to stay longer.

Nice helpful people, breakfast, cleaning level, free vouchers and nice gift , round stairs and atmosphere of old building Too high pillows.

Location Dirty room. I work in house keeping and I could tell the surfaces and floors were clearly not done . Hair in shower so gross paid alot of money for this

The staff was exceptional! Mira and Dilnaz were incredibly sweet, checking us in, giving recommendations, and even offering a few freebies! Dilnaz then hand-delivered some macarons up to the room for us. They both had great recommendations for the city too. When we left later that night Vladimir was also really nice and helpful. The rooms were also so nice and very clean and spacious. Finally, we LOVED the rooftop bar. The view were incredibly and the drinks were awesome. Lida and Nikita were good bartenders.

Old building. Lots of traffic outside, but it depends on which side is your room. It can get hot in the rooms in the summer, especially on the top floor.

The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to transport links and both the Old Town and the New Town (Nové Město). Although it is situated on a busy street, my bedroom was surprisingly quiet. A glass of Prosecco was served as a welcome drink, although it was not well chilled. My room (504) was split over two levels, with a rather small and somewhat outdated TV on the upper floor. The historic hotel has separate hot and cold taps in the bathroom and shower, which makes it take some time to adjust the water temperature.

Location is great and the service and everyone is really helpful and nice.

The staff were very friendly, patient, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! The location was fine for me, but I needed to walk quite a bit to reach the places of interest to me. However, the public transit system is quite good with multiple stops near the hotel. A time ticket can be purchased relatively cheap allowing you to ride the public transit as often as you need within the allotted amount of time purchased. While the room was quite spacious and comfortable, the bathroom shower was quite small. It was basically the size of a phone booth from 20+ years ago. This meant I frequently bumped the handle controlling the water pressure and temperature. I scolded myself a couple times.

Nice location and accommodating staff While they have elevators, it can be difficult for baby strollers or people with disabilities (wheelchairs etc..) to reach all rooms because of the stairs. I was able to keep my baby’s stroller in the lobby

Friendly staff, and near the National Museum, a 10 minute walk from the old town. Close to restaurants and bars. Good value for money.
