nothing There was a cooking smell in the room, onions, suddenly They didn't provide water in the room, and I asked for it several times. Then they only provided sparkling water. I have a child with me, and I wanted to make milk. They didn't even provide tissues in the room. The sink water didn't go down the drain; it came out all over the bathroom.

I have been to many places in the world, both for business and leisure, and have experience in welcoming guests at hotels. One of the best was the reception staff, especially Markita. We received a brief explanation of how to get around the city, with smiling and warm service. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Prague.

Great location Clean and comfortable

Everything! The location is absolutely perfect, the rooms were spotless, and the general service was fantastic. The true highlight of our weekend, however, was the Customer Relations Manager, Marketa. She beautifully orchestrated every single detail of our stay and went above and beyond to ensure our absolute satisfaction. There is no doubt where we will stay at our next visit in Prague! Nothing at all!

This is not the first time in this hotel and I love it more and more every time I come. I would like to give special things to Marketa, the guest relations, manager, and Karim, the lovely manager at the bar. Thank you I’m already looking forward for coming next time. ?

The room and the view were also spectacular. We also visited the spa area that is designed for relaxation, and the rooftop bar with great service, great drinks and a great view of the river and the city. 100% will recommend to friends and family, and will definitely come back next time I am in Prague.

The location, the facilities, the breakfast,the staf. All was great. We spend 4 night at the hotel in a river view room. The room was nice and the view was amazing. The towels could a little bigger.

Besides that the breakfast is great , the hotel is located in a nice centralized place , pool is well maintained and there is even a sky bar if you wanna enjoy some time off from the children at night.

The very helpful staff Did not have a ramp for the disabled clients . Just happened to notice a disabled gentleman struggling to get up the stairs to the front desk.
