Have stayed here a few times and has a fair bit going for it. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the centre and it's a lively area in its own right. Facilities are good and staff are very helpful. Decent enough bar and can be a good place to meet people... The biggest drawback are the upstairs bunks in the dorms as the pipe-like ladders are uncomfortable and not very practical for getting up and down. Also, the locks on the bathrooms have always been a bit 'iffy' and can jam when you're inside but never seem to be replaced or upgraded. One other change, this time, is that the kitchen no longer seems to be a common area and has been monitised for a paid breakfast, instead...

The property is close to the main station and there are lots of cafes and restaurants close by . Breakfast is good enough

Everything was more or less fine, but I have to give such a low rating because of an extremely rude man who was at the information desk when we arrived. The employee raised his voice and was very unpleasant. He should be sent for some kind of training to improve his interaction with guests. One more remark – the cleaners were vacuuming the hallway at 7:00 AM, which made it impossible for anyone to sleep.

Nicely set out, clean beds and bathrooms. Staff are attentive and it’s located right near the best places to see in Prague. It wasn’t very busy so the social aspect of hosteling didn’t feel great there. The staff could have been a bit warmer on arrival.
