Location is close to the metro and tram stations. The rooms are good size and have good cleaning. Breakfast is superb and we enjoyed the facilities. Best part is water dispensers are on each floor. NA

Great location, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast had enough choices. The water dispenser was so convenient and good way to reduce use of plastic bottles. We had a great stay! -

Hotel room door occasionally jammed and was difficult to open.

The location was great for our family walking distance from the natural museum and also the tourist spots like charles bridge. The hotel room was clean and fit our family of 4 comfortably We initially had a bath tub but had to be transferred due to a broken sink. The new room we were given didn’t have a bath tub anymore. It was fine, just if people are looking for this amenety for use of smaller children they should ask for the specific room with a bath tub.

Room was worm AC was not working they gave me fan . Which was really bad Temperaturen
-
Beautiful hotel, modern and smells great. Rituals soap and shampoo in the rooms. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is good. The room is spacious and the location is fantastic with lots of coffee shops and restaurants and 15-20 min walk to the city center The outdoor areas were under renovation when we were there so they were closed

The balcony could have something more than just a table and 2 chairs. The whole room's interioir is thought through, the balcomy isn't

The food, the enviroment, the ambiance of the hotel. The room was nice. The extra sofa bed ( for my child) was what uncomfortable. The television was not easy to use. We could not find englisch tv or connect to netflix.

Overall, based purely on my own impressions, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I have no complaints about the staff, but I do have serious complaints about the management. First, the hotel is 600 meters from Wenceslas Square. That’s one extra metro stop farther. Second, I reserved one room type; they said there were problems with it and switched me to another one, lowering the price and adding breakfast, which I didn’t need. Third, the new room had a sewer/plumbing issue, and they moved me again to yet another room of the same type. Fourth, the bathroom had a shower-switching system I’d never encountered before, with no explanation whatsoever—unlike the detailed instructions on how to handle the towels. And most importantly: I understand it was winter and the hotel was heated very warmly, but the duvets were also very warm. When I asked for a lighter duvet, they told me there weren’t any others. I was forced either to turn off the heating and open the window (and it was snowing at night), and at some point I would wake up from the cold, or to sleep under a sheet in my clothes. As a result, I slept 3–4 hours a night, and the mild cold I had when I checked in turned into a serious illness.

Everything was awesome, the room was spacious, warm and super quiet. Really comfortable bed. And in the bathroom they give you Rituals cosmetics as shower gel, soap and shampoo ??? Everything was perfect

Nice hotel for a short stay, a bit crowded at the breakfast, also not enough benches in the pool area. But overall was a good stay. Parking is possible under IBIS hotel with direct access to Novotel, special price for hotel guests is offered.

There were so many tasty breakfast items to choose from. The pastries changed daily to keep things interesting. It was about a 20 minute walk to the downtown central core. It was in a very safe and vibrant neighbourhood. There were many restaurant and shopping choices in the area. The pool would run out of towels within the last hour of swimming.

Good location, friendly staff but not a good value for money The breakfast was not fresh - too expensive for what it was to offer. Also, the hotel itself was good but for this price, i was expecting more

Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kids area was great. Teens appreciated the Xbox. Room was not ready at check in but the woman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. She let us store our luggage and get a drink at the bar while we waited. She was great!
