Breakfast and staff was gorgeos. After 9 pm reception and the outer door is closed. Please be informed the pin of outer door. I was almost out first night :). Also bath cabin was not like on the room photos. It was OK but a little disturb.

Location was perfect, breakfast was impressive and fresh, mattress very comfy, Nariman at the front desk allowed me to have a late checkout which helped specially with a kidney infection it allowed me to rest up little longer Nothing wrong at all

Simply everything was really top starting from the smooth check in, Breakfast, room's cleanness, size and bed comfort, i really loved the place and will defently come back. The TV had only news channels.. But the wifi was perfect.

The hotel was not 4* as they claim so that was a disappointment of my expectations. The bathroom looked different than in the pictures. When I opened the bath foot mat, there was a spider in it. I asked beforehand about my glutenfree allergy and breakfast options and was promised some. But there was no GF bread, nothing marked with allergens and also no employees to ask. The neighbourhood was a bit scary and I didn't feel safe to walk there in the evening.

Hotel is a little bit far from downtown, but still is very walkable friendly. I will say that it is strategically located as you can walk literally down town or up town to explore more! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel feels safe even though there's no one at reception at night. I can say that it is also the first hotel I've been that blankets and towels smell so good ( good job in choosing such a great washing powder soap that smells so good and so clean!) Be aware we were there during summer, therefore there might be some insects like mosquitoes that get into your room (bathroom window remains open as it is in a high spot), this wasn't a big deal for us. Also, if you are a woman walking at night be careful of your surroundings as going up to the hill coming from downtown( not in the hotel street as there it felt safe, it was nearby the main avenue), you might find drunk men walking by and that makes the walking feel unsafe.

The room is wide and calm. It has all neaded facilies (safe and boiler. ..),Well furnished. Thanks for the gift and boat voucher. The distance to public transportation not flat . But get used to it.
