The staff was very helpful. Dima and Jana at the service desk were super supportive and friendly. They were very helpful. The facility was also clean and rooms were nice. The location was great. I will come back again. The attitude of the breakfast manager. She looked upset for some unknown reason

Don’t expect much options for breakfast. But in the end the location is center to many places. You can walk to the main attractions.

Location and had a room with a balcony, that was nice Outdated, breakfast was nothing special, the staff was unfriendly, non responsive over the email when I needed something from the reception (literally, no response)

Location was fine. The decor was extremely dated and not what I paid for. Despite quizing them on this 5 days prior after reading reviews and being told the hotel had been renovated, I recieved a room that looked like it hadnt been updated since the 90's. Breakfast was fine. Location was ok.
