I liked everything about the room and facility. Only complaint is people slamming door. They should adjust the door pump for slow closing, it is easy I can show them Door closing to hard at night

No air conditioning in the rooms, only 1 toilet on my floor, bed curtains do not provide full privacy.

It was convenient I didn’t like that the hotel wasn’t prepared for the heat as i was staying in the pods it was a bit unbearable. I do not blame the staff tho they were nice professional friendly and understanding i just wish the building itself was more prepared having like cooling system/AC

The air conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the room, so sleeping was fitful and limited. The staff offered as an excuse that there was a heat wave, but you need to have air conditioning that doesn't only work when summer temperatures are average or below average. The mattresses, which weren't great to begin with, were quite worn and should have been replaced by now. The main purpose of a hostel is to provide a place to sleep. You might have the most hip place with lots of fun activities, but if the guests can't sleep well, it's failing at its most basic task.

Everything you would expect from a good standard hostel. Following both a good price/value ratio, and hostel expectations you may have. People working there are doing their job well, everything was fine.

Not a big problem but the bathrooms in the basement were dark and moody with small mirrors. This was good except when trying to do makeup or look at my outfit in a full length mirror. Also the shower area didn’t have a dry space for changing which was a slight inconvenience.

Noise is still a thing as the interior doors are not isolating anything and the toilets didn't have paper or soap.

Bed was comfortable and clean . The facility itself is nice . The staff is just poorly trained and or well trained depending on whose shoes you are in . There is no manager on site it kinda is like a train off the rails it just sorta runs itself apparently. The receptionist told me they had an easy refund policy if I booked another f date and couldn't return. That was false it was a complicated process. They stone walked me three days then finally explained how to cancel then said I was past the deadline . I never got refunded the night I didn't stay . Poor poor management to say the least!

It was constantly busy. Really no place for me to get some quiet

Fabulous historical hostel, very nice and clean. Lovely staff

The price is too high for a low-cost hostel with these standards. There are not enough bathrooms or toilets, and the bunk beds are very old. Furthermore, the lack of activities makes it difficult for guests to socialize or find a community atmosphere.

Cleanliness can be better, especially of the bathroom.

The dorm rooms. I specifically chose this hostel because the beds showed curtains. However the curtains only covered 1/6 of the bed. It made it really tough to sleep as a lot of people go out in Prague, so when people were going out and coming in and out of the rooms turning on and off the light, it made it really hard and disruptive. Additionally, the key cards stopped working 2 times while I was there and I was only there for 3 days.

Lovely staff, so no shade to them! Convenient location a short ride away from the train station and an easy walk to many shops, restaurants, parks, etc. I thought the price was quite expensive for a bed in a dormitory. My top bunk had a huge gap between the edge of the bed and the wall, so it was easy for things to fall. The little charging station was also quite unstable - an extra shelf up there would have been very helpful. Bathrooms could also have used some more room to temporarily put things down near the sinks and showers.

    Central location, clean, convenient

The bedding and the designated areas for community to come together. I have never stayed in a hostel before, it was a great experience. Individual lighting would have been nice.
