Very luxurious hotel . The location was amazing

Great breakfast and bathtub! The spa was extra cost and not included with the price.

Everything. The location in the historic center, the staff, courteous and helpful, the rooms, spacious, well sound proofed, with a luxurious feel and complete equipment …and a great music system as a bonus. The delicious “a la carte” and buffet breakfast. We have adopted this hotel for all our trips to Prague, highly recommended for couples. Nothing. Some electric equipment may need updating, but they were bonuses anyway.

Location Superb

Decoration Easy access

Location was great. Breakfast was good One of your serving staff did display a rather unusual attitude, which I perceived as racially insensitive. However, other than her, everyone else that I came in contact was absolutely wonderful!

كل شي كان جميل

Not my first time here, it is always outstanding . Staff is very professional special mention to David , Nadia and the breakfast team. They all have attention to details and offer me a treat for my birthday.

The location and the staff of the front desk and at the breakfast area. Too much thematic, too dark, too red.
-
The breakfast was poor. The rooms are too dark/red. The bed’s corners are painful. The light switches are not easy to use. The shower without a door.
-
The suite was exceptional. Beautifully designed. Breakfast was mediocre, to be honest. Even the extras (like Eggs Benedict) which were not included (strange; they usually are) were not very good.

I was satisfied with everything. I didn't know how to turn off the pin light on the vase on the right side of the room where I stayed, so I slept with the light on.

Decor The first night we were a bit itchy and couldn't sleep due to the heat. We took the cover out of the linen. What we found thoroughly shocked us. There were what looked like arrays of blood spatters. We also noticed cotton swabs on the floor behind the bath tub, and a lot of mold in the shower. The room was also very dusty. At this point we strongly considered going to a different hotel or even take an early flight back home. Ultimately we decided to give them a chance to make this right as even the highest rated hotel in Prague had some egregious things in the lower end reviews, and no suitable flight was available. The next morning we went to the reception to notify them of the bed and went out for a cup a joe. Shortly thereafter we were called by the manager who kindly offered us a slightly bigger room and a bottle of Prosecco. We were still nearby and already had our suitcase packed so we went back to the hotel to gather our belongings and move them to the other room. In the new room, naturally the first thing one checks is the bed covers. We were in for an unpleasant surprise. These were also covered in the same kind of spattering of bodily fluids. While we initially praised the quick response and willingness to make things right, we were very disappointed they didn't check the bed in the new room, leading to a repeat performance. Due to the heat in the room (in February!), and the fact they switched off the AC, we had to open all the windows to try and get some sleep. The hotel has a great location, but it also has some drawbacks if you have opened windows: Drunk college/uni students constantly walk by yelling and generally being very drunk at night in the streets below. The decor initially looks nice, but when you start noticing things, you're noticing it all. The hotel appears to be past its glory days and is not properly maintained or cleaned. We would sum it up in the following sentence: Good from afar, but far from good.

The location staff and room was wonderful Zero atmosphere in lobby. No people in restaurant

Location is probably only one we like. Oriental design is something what make difference from other hotels in area too but feels old now. Definitely you expect more from 5 * hotel. Breakfast is poor, when compared hotel "across" the street where we stay in summer it was really bad. Staff doesn't speak Czech, ok, but English either... he was trainee but there was no support to help. It's not what you expect from 5*. It's feeling that best time was long time ago... missing amenities in bathroom you expect on 5* hotel, room was not dirty but "used"? What really surprised us that there was no possibility to hang our jackets when we enter the room and not possible to charge restaurant spent to hotel bill...

I loved the ambiance, bathtub in the bathroom, the music collection from Buddah Bar which I myself have most of the collection and LOVED the Buddha statue in our room! More amenities.

Opulence. Service. Vibe. I truly loved this property. The cost per night is by far worth the comfort (except the hvac portion). The people were all wonderful. This room oozed design and comfort. The bathtub was superb. Bed was wonderful. Breakfast was solidly tasty. We would gladly stay here again. During the room tour we were shown the thermostat controls to adjust as we like. Overnight, the heat would not seem to lesson despite adjusting the thermostat. We had to open windows and shut heat completely off - this let in sounds of the night/the street below that interrupted our sleep. I didn't call to the desk during the night because having possibility of a technician come up to the room would have also been disruptive. At check-out I was told the hotel could have done 'something' within the system to help. I prefer things just to work easily, rather than needing special fixing
