Friendly staff who spoke English, extremely clean room with very comfortable bed, easy to store luggage prior to check in time, convenient location about five-minute walk to train station. No issues!

AC in every room (good for hot weather) Well designed and equipped with everything needed. The minibar had some free snacks and drinks. The washbasin is small and has no shelf nearby.

Friendly staff, cozy and clean facilities, wonderful breakfast, prime location for a train user. What else could I expect? 11/10!

Location is central and very close to many restaurants, very clean apartment, good communication from host We didn’t stay the entire time booked. We booked 4 nights and only stayed 1. We didn’t complain and when our host asked for feedback she told us why we were wrong and that her building is very well maintained so just to clarify this review is my opinion only and I’m not leaving feedback to be petty but instead for future travellers so that they can consider their booking before hand. We felt the entrance into the area where you gain access to the building you’re staying in felt sketchy (as the previously used stores are all vacant), the building itself including the lobby, lift and shared areas is very neglected and has strong odours. This really bothered us to need to walk in and out of this to gain access to the suite but we do understand that it might not bother some people at all which is why we left, didn’t ask to be refunded and didn’t complain. I understand that the host disagrees and feels the building is well maintained and that this is normal for the age of the building. I would disagree. I don’t think there’s anything the host can do and that it’s unfortunately out of her control but it isn’t nice to walk in and out of it either. The suite itself is well maintained and appears cared for, my only feedback was that when we used the shower we found the shower head in a position not hanging and wasn’t able to hang it so needed to hold it to have a shower. We also had only barely warm water but again the host said this is uncommon.

Location close to train and public transportation. Clean and well equipped hotel. Staffs were very accommodating.

Everything Nothing

Bathroom could use a bit more space where you can put your stuff (makeup etc.), maybe some shelves - there was only one Ikea storage cart but it wasn't enough to be honest

Location was perfect for me. Just across the street from the train station. It was also very nice and comfortable. Newly renovated unit. I didn’t like the shower that much. The tub faucet was huge and it didn’t move, so you cant be that close to the shower. Hard to explain in words, but its not that comfortable. The sink faucet is also huge, so when you use it, you can easily soak the floor. But everything else was great!

The hotel perfectly fit my purpose and is close to the railway station.

Our only problem with the hotel was that the air conditioner in the room wasn't cool enough, we couldn't open the window at night for fear of flies getting in, and we were a little overwhelmed by the heat, especially since it's almost June :)

I didn't like how the cleaning team worked. They need to be reminded to clean the room or take out the trash, but other staff were really awesome.

Nice place close to the main train station.

Located close to public transportation. I would definitely stay here again in the future, provided they’re not fully booked.

Convenient to the train station. Close to museums.
